The selection was super easy to pick from, with corresponding prices, then check out was fast and delivery was a reasonable addition. If I could give no stars for a review, I would. I have ordered flowers for my daughters birthday for several years. I did again, but this time on line. The item I ordered was the tulip garden for $59.99. What was delivered was not even close to tulips. Purple and white mums, stuck in in clumps of color and type, that were not artfully placed in the vase. Then the price went up to $64.98 without a phone call to ask if that was OK. Why the increaseThen $5.25 handling, $15.99 shipping/service fee and $6.25 tax. Total $92.47 for arrangement I didn't order. I have tried calling 3 times. No answer. I have left 2 messages because there is no answer. I have asked to please have the manager call me. No return call. The last time I told them, no return call, I will be writing a review that they won't like. What has happened to this store? The people were so personable previously and the bouquets were beautiful. My daughter sends me the pics so that I can see that she got what I ordered. I was shocked and dismayed to see this years bouquet. I am so sad to see the change, not for the better. I want people to know that this kind of ruse is going on. There is no truth in the advertising. Amazing Service ! I'm on a budget and decided to send flowers to my Gma the day before Valentine's Day and every other florist In town quoted me a $50 minimum with delivery . That was just too much for me to spend on something like flowers but my Gma is widowed and I know how much my Gpa used to spoil her and make the holiday special, and I really wanted her to have a special day anyway. By far, this was the best deal and they were even able to read my comment which I asked to have any flower substituted for a rose because that is my grandmas favorite flower . So even though I purchased a carnation and daisy based bouquet, they added a beautiful red rose which I know is going to be the icing on the cake for my grandma . And they didn't charge any extra fees for being a weekend and holiday . I am so impressed with their customer service that I absolutely had to write a 5 star review . So I zeroed in on hunting down a flower shop with some Star Gazer Lilies which I was sure would be the best peace offering. Unfortunately after calling several shops none had the exact kind of lilies I wanted and not wanting to just give up the search I went for Joys Flower Shop. She improvised the best making sure the set brought out the vivid white and dark pink colors I wanted from the Star Gazers with some White Lilies and Pink Roses. They were also kind enough to have them immediately delivered on such very short notice for a very small fee. However, Kim at Joy Flower Shop was amazing. I explained to her the situation, the budget, and what I was hoping for with regards to the arrangement. The second arrangement was delivered to the incorrect address by accident and the shop immediately offered to make a new arrangement at no charge for same day delivery. However, the delivery person backtracked, found the arrangement, and re-delivered. All's well that ends well. Mistakes happen, but I have never had such GREAT customer service from a flower shop, especially long-distance.
