So this is a review on service.. Valentine's Day 2017. My husband is out of town on a business trip and he calls to this shop a day before to have roses delivered to me. Wendy at the business guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day. That did not happen. I was home all day and did not get any flowers on Valentine's Day. On the same day...,Valentine's day. I get a call from his wife the same night at 8pm.., a voice mail was left saying My Order slipped through the cracks and they apologized for not being able to deliver it. But will make it up to me and still deliver to me the next day. So then on Feb 15th., Tom the owner calls my husband and says that he will be fully charged because flowers were delivered on Valentine's Day... False! ( I woke up an opened my door at 8am on Feb15 and saw flowers on my door step. ) Let me repeat. 1. Flowers were not delivered on guaranteed day 2. Owners wife called to apologize on Valentine's night 3. Owner is very rude to my husband and refusing refund 4. I too am a business owner, never in my life have experience such inconsistency and lies from a business before 5. It's homecoming day and my daughters dates boutineer did not show up. To compound things, they chose a cream colored Rose (Vendela) which is hard to find apparently. My wife called all around and nobody had any available until we spoke to Tom at Tower Florist. He was sympathetic to our dilemma and told us that he would go to his wholesaler and pick some up. He kindly asked for our deadline and assured us he would have it there on time. Sure enough, it was there waiting for us earlier than we expected. It was beautifully made to our liking when we arrived and we were out of there in 15 minutes! Let me recap here: We needed an uncommon Rose hours before pictures. The owner went to his wholesaler and got it. Assured us he would make our deadline and arrived earlier than expected. Oh, did I mention, it was less than a $12 sale?!? The arrangement posted online was beautiful! I'm not from the Sacramento area so I read the reviews and viewed the photos others had posted and was confident I picked the right business for what I needed. I ordered it for delivery, but unfortunately what got delivered looked nothing like the arrangement I spent $70.00 on. I was very disappointed so I reached out to Tower Florist via email and was told by Tom that I would need to retrieve the arrangement from the person I sent the flowers to (they were delivered to her job on a Thursday and she took them home since it was the weekend) and they'd replace the arrangement. Can you imagine asking someone for their gift back?!?! The flowers at Costco or Safeway look much better than what was delivered, and at a fraction of the price. And their solution to "fix" the issue was an absolute joke. I'm embarrassed that my name was on the card for this delivery since it looked like it had literally been thrown together, even down to the smashed bow. read more

Absolutely unparalleled creativity! I called in and gave the designer some basics I wanted in my bouquet- purple, green, white, and at least one lily. What I got was like something out of a fairytale- this was definitely NOT your average arrangement! On top of that, I happened to be in the shop while it was being arranged, and she consulted me about design choices and about the bouquet recipient. The result was spectacular, and of course they loved it! Did I mention it was Valentine's day? That's right, she designed a super unique, one of a kind arrangement for me at the end of one of the busiest floral holidays of the year! She could've just stuck some roses and lilies in a vase and handed it over, but the designer took the time to understand who the arrangement was for and made something that will never be forgotten. I was already head over heels, but something else really stood out to me. I really enjoyed the rapport the employees had with one another. There was a real camaraderie between them, and they showed each other genuine kindness and caring, even though again, it was the end of what's probably the toughest day of the year for them. Now, if they had been tired and crabby I wouldn't have blamed them a bit, but they had such positivity and good vibes that I absolutely had to mention it. I live in South Florida, but my daughter lives in Sacramento. She was injured in an unusual ground accident involving a Clydesdale horse, with three broken ribs and one partially collapsed lung. Tower was the nearest florist. It has very good reviews and I found out why. I called, having looked at the website and selecting five candidate arrangements. The Tower florist on the phone led me ( I'm zero knowledge re flowers ) thru the various choices, with comment re available flowers on hand etc and in a very few minutes led to a choice which, when delivered in a timely fashion, really made a not so hot feeling daughter cheer up. Prices for both flowers and delivery were a very good value, so the factors of quality product, excellent service and fair pricing are all there at Tower. read more

A neighbor lost her husband the other day and before going over, I wanted an arrangement to take with me. Tower Florist was close by and I decided to give them a try. They had a number of arrangements already done up and one caught my eye right away. Prices were easily seen (which I appreciate) and so I made my selection. I just received my Mother's Day bouquet Saturday morning May 13 when I assume they still had a good selection of flowers. ..........so why were the alstroemeria in such bad shape? The Gerbera in the bouquet were lovely , nice colors and relatively fresh except for one which is obviously past its peak. The filler greens were huge and not very attractive. The water in the vase was cloudy; had this been prepared several days ago. Please note: I grow alstroemerias in my garden and know what they look like fresh! I also keep flowers in vases all the time so I know that the water doesn't get cloudy till about the third day!!! Very disappointing. I'm just glad my daughter who sent them is not here to see the poor quality. read more

So when I need a one-off floral arrangement and delivery, I use Tower Florist. Recently, I wanted a birthday bouquet delivered and I called on the day I needed it. The woman who answered the telephone was working alone but never lost her cool when working with multiple customers - she was great. She talked me through several arrangements, told me what flowers were available for this time of year, what she had in stock and made some suggestions that helped me make a decision. The flowers were delivered early in the afternoon (I received a cell phone photo and thank you) and the arrangement is beautiful. Great customer service. I spoke with Jackie and she was absolutely amazing. I called in and was able to get same day delivery in less then 2 hours and saved my anniversary since another shop that will remain nameless cancelled on me. my only request was I needed 14 same color roses and any color but yellow when my wife called me to thank me she couldn't believe I was able to find roses that matched our wedding color. Yes I took credit but Jackie you are my hero I know there is no way you could have known to use that color but I am glad you did. read more

Tower delivered the next day, on time, a beautiful bouquet to my friend recovering from surgery. I had to change the delivery address because the website is confusing and I put my address as delivery. No problem, Tower delivered to the correct address.
