I wish i could give zero stars! i got a pedicure here about a week and a half ago. i noticed the polish looked a bit too thick when i left, and sure enough the next day it already started to lift off of my big toe. i went back to have someone fix it and one of the ladies who's name i did not get but she seemed to be the owner or someone in charge told me she would fix it since the woman who did my pedicure originally was not there. she proceeds to drill off the polish, then wants to try to GLUE the gel base back on my toe!!!! i immediately told her she is not gluing it back, i did not want any mold to grow between the gel and my nail since i had already showered and water could have gotten in. she seemed visibly upset but then PEELS the gel off in one piece!! started showing it to the other ladies too. after that she puts the hard gel and the polish back on but cut me a few times and tells me "i didn't cut you, it was already cut" as if i didn't literally FEEL her cut me! (i didn't even mention anything about the cut, she mentioned it herself) and let me go with my toe looking absolutely insane. and just today, not even 2 weeks later, my whole other toe nail just popped off!! never giving this place my money again!! complete waste, awful service, 0/10. read more

I've visited this salon three times. The first pedicure was with April and one of the best I've had in so long. So it encouraged me to come back for a manicure- I waited an hour to be seen and had an appt so that put a bad taste in my mouth. April was out of town so I visited and saw Anna for a pedicure. The next day I woke up with a MAJOR infection. I couldn't walk and I was in pure agony. I went to urgent care and they said it was a huge infection from the pedicure and I had to go on an aggressive course of antibiotics. This salon is not clean or the nail artist did not take precaution to clean her tools. It's always everyone's nightmare to get a pedicure at a salon because you never know how clean they are especially when you're just starting out at a place. I'm 30 and I've been getting pedicures done every single month since I was 20 and I've never had this happen. Unfortunately, I will never return to this salon and I thought it was my due diligence to give them feedback but also warn others to be careful and ask for all tools to be cleaned in front of them. read more

I quickly got an appointment. Kevin provided me a gel French mani and happy-feet spa pedi. He did a wonderful job, was polite, and very detail oriented. I went in on the 13th of June and my experience was not good whatsoever. I went in as a walk in and had a bruise on my toe that had acrylic on it my nail was not broken or torn it was only bruised. I asked the lady that was doing my nails to please do a soak off instead of taking it off with the nail extension and she didn't listen to me. She proceeded to pry underneath the acrylic that was extremely thick and continued after I asked her to stop because I was in pain she said she was almost done and kept on yanking. I tried pulling my foot back and she was like stay still I almost have a piece. Then she yanked very hard and my toe started gushing blood. The middle of my nail was completely ripped off and she said oh I can't believe you did this to yourself.... Mind you when I initially hit my toe there was no blood or pain unless pressure was applied because of the bruise. I told her to stop and soak off the rest and she kept on using the nail. Once it was off she lifted up my natural nail, applied acetone on my open bleeding wound and then nail glue and pressed my natural nail down. I also asked for a different pedicure and she didn't do it but I was way too focused on how much pain I was in and the consistent bleeding even while painting my nails to be concerned with that. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and will not be going back due to my pain being overlooked. Also to charge $4 a toe for acrylic removal is ridiculous. read more

I had a black toenail and a broken toenail (hiking am I right?) and she helped me find a color that would cover the dark toe and rebuilt a part of my broken nail! She did a wonderful job with the scrub and and overall so kind. I came back today and got my nails done by Christy! I made a last minute decision to change from gel to dip (sorry!) and she was really accommodating. I had a complicated design, different color on each nail with a small line. The nail technician who did my pedicure is Mai. She was so kind, paid attention to detail, was gentle but thorough. Kevin did my gel-x and he was equally kind and paid attention to detail. After reading the reviews and seeing the photos I was hopeful that I had found a nail place that could execute beautiful designs For basic nail jobs, they get the job done. The basic pedicure was good and my 5-year-old daughter enjoyed the massage chair. The prices are fair. All the techs seem nice and worked together. I love showing off my nails but this design is not something I will be proud to share.
