Came in on a day that was not busy at all the staff was nice greeted when we entered offered beverages and snacks. I got there at 6:30 and left and 9pm. I was not very happy about how long it took. They started with my pedicure I asked for French tip the man doing my pedicure got to the pink base then left me waiting for someone to come because he couldn't do. The first person that did it messed it up and someone else had to come and fix the polish and finish the pedicure which wasn't done properly at this point they had already closed and they started on my manicure it felt very rush and I didn't get to enjoy the relaxing experience it was supposed to be. I made an appointment with Nikkey for a take-off and a whole new full set after having a not so good experience at a different nail salon. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The salon is beautiful, clean and had a great vibe. Nikkey was super sweet and she made sure I was happy with my nails. After explained all the alternatives because I was unsure. They are legitimately THAT good. The salon is ran by 3 sisters and all 3 of them are amazing!!! First of all, the hospitality is fantastic. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door and was seated with someone in 30 seconds. I asked for a dip extension manicure and while cleaning my nails, Ms. S stated that my nails are long enough to still do the French tips I wanted without having to put the extensions so I opted without extensions and it still came out perfect! They go above and beyond for their clients and do not push services to be added. Ms. S took her time with cleaning my nails and she was incredibly thorough. The shop is calm, tranquil and delivers simplicity. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. Cici is a wonderful manager. Kelley is a sweet soul who will give you a phenomenal pedi. Leina is quite but also warm and delivers a phenomenal pedi also. Kevin was my nail tech during this visit. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. I do have a lot of acrylic on my cuticles but I will soften it up with cuticle oil and have it removed. I will be back. read more

Ladies run don't walk to see Kevin! Not only is he amazing at his craft, but he's patient and he listens without any back talking (I'm sure you know what I mean). There is nothing more frustrating in this setting than when you try to communicate an issue and you're met with an attitude instead of a willingness to fix the problem. Regardless of how "good" a shop is, I will take my business elsewhere if I feel my time and money aren't appreciated. With that being said, I explained the issue I was having with my nails constantly lifting (from another salon to be clear) and Kevin took several moments during the service to make sure that I was satisfied with how things were going. Big plus! The shop was clean, beautifully decorated and he and the other tech there (I think that may be his wife?) were extremely friendly and professional. They gave me a light snack and water too! I was able to really relax and enjoy my time. My nails and toes are PERFECT! I wanted a cute Valentine's Day theme and Kevin didn't disappoint! Spent a long time on my nails (about 2 hours), spa was empty when we went (Monday afternoon) and they were able to take us within 30 minutes. It's run by the sweetest husband and wife (CiCi) combo who really take the time out to make sure customers leave feeling satisfied. Please know this place changed management a few months ago, is not longer Cee Cee and her husband who are the reason for all good reviews and excellent reputation. I went for a mani and pedi WITH an appointment made days in advance, and the services were rushed, they started my nails while I was getting my pedicure, and the lady kept telling me "oh you know I have another appointment, I don't have time" I got Gel-X manicure and they did not check under the nail for built up product, now I have lumps of product under my nails, but for me the major issue was the constant reminder of not having time despite having made an appointment with them, this was not a good experience, I should add I paid $165 for manicure and pedicure plus $30 tip so no this is not a place I would recommend. read more

I wanted it removed and replaced. No tips. Just my natural nails. The tech filed my nails too short and they were oddly misshapen. I had to take the file and try to salvage them myself. The lady in the chair next to me experienced many of the same issues. She also left my cuticles raggedy. Worst service I've had in 3 years. I am very happy with my nails from JC nails. I did a pedi first, which was great. My feet were well take care of, and the massage part was nice. I did dip for my nails, they turned out amazing. I always have problems with techs over clipping my cuticles, and they will hurt for days after - but this did not happen here! I like when the tech likes to also take the health of your nails into account. I will be back for sure! I should ad that everyone here was super nice and accommodating. This place changed management again few months ago. Now it's a young girl in her 20s that owns the place. I've been here twice with my mom. The first time, one of the employees nipped my mom's toes and didn't apologize and continued to look annoyed and polish my mom's toes terribly. She had reading glasses on and you could just tell she was not trained to do pedicures. When I complained, the young owner came and repolished and fixed the problems so I decided to give them another try. This time, I asked the young owner to do my mom's spa pedi. The owner decided to scratch off her skin off with the callus remover and leave a deep wound on the side and didn't offer any treatment. When I came to ask what happened to her toe, she then applied the blood stopper and a bandaid while looking flustered. This is the second time they hurt my mom during the service and not apologized. At least say sorry when you hurt a customer. It's very disappointing that they don't know how to offer proper customer service. read more
