An even mildly experienced dancer will be aghast at their lack of knowledge for pointe shoe fitting. I've even seen the staff breaking shoes during pointe shoe fittings and have tried on shoes that have obviously been pre-broken. WTH is going on here?!? Every time I forget how terrible this place is and need something, I walk out with regret and a newfound resolution to not return.

We drive multiple hours to get here and back even with dance stores closer by. She is so knowledgeable and friendly and it is always a wonderful trip and I never leave without the perfect shoe.
