The guy got there 2 1/2 hours early and the tech said he was not driving two hours back to the shop just to come back here. never called me to say he was on his way. He barely did anything while he was there and I called to have them come back out to finish and had to cancel. There was no one to speak to so I left a message. I also made sure to call in the morning and speak to someone to let them know I needed to reschedule. lo and behold, they showed up anyway and never called like I told them I needed them to do. I learned they are now owned by corporate not by anyone that gives two s****. I will now find a smaller company that cares and has better communication.

My Procor representative Gregg is awesome. He is punctual, professional, respectful off my home, knowledgeable, and kind. I found a mice in my home 12/7/21, and left a message on the answering machine, which Molly returned the call first thing this morning, and had Gregg on the job. Gregg was punctual as usual, pleasant, and got to work, searching my home for open holes where mice could come in. Gregg explained step by step each procedure that was being done to correct this mice problem. Gregg showed empathy and concern with my issue, and assured me that he would do his best to cover holes, and place baits inside and out where the possible exposure occurred. Gregg was awesome. By the time Gregg left my home, I was calmer and was more aware of what I needed to do to combat this mice problem. He Bragged about cheating on his wife of over 30 years and how if I pay cash he can scam the Irs. I have already reported him to the internal revenue service. They will get him. He has no Integrity. He bragged how he bought his house from a old women who's husband died and he ripped her off when he bought her home for peanuts and laughed how he took advantage of her. What kind of person is proud of that or tells a customer this. The reason he has a new person every time that comes to your house is because he treats people family and his employees terrible so he can't keep them. He added 13% on a credit card payment without my consent. He is worst then a loan shark. The FBI is looking at him for Racketeering. He claims I wrote him 2 bad checks but he never ran them thru my bank and then ran credit cards that he had on file for more then balance owed plus a 13% fee that was unauthorized. I am cooperating with the FBI and the IRS. Tax evasion is a big no no. Notice how every bad review he has he always responds with nasty comments about the customer. I have recently retired so I have plenty of time to make sure he is held accountable for his actions. His legal problems have just begun.

I came to learn the bees were still alive and, in their life cycle, would go dormant, burrowed in the wood until the next Spring. The last year I used this company, I had the knowledge and called them back and told them there were bees were still flying around my eves and they obviously needed more treatment. They ignored my calls and wouldn't return my voicemails. I was working during one of the treatments and my neighbor reported there were two teenagers (or so they looked), and they were screaming about the carpenter bees coming towards them. Carpenter bees don't sting. A real exterminator wouldn't flinch. You can't expect good exterminator services from unexperienced workers who are scared of carpenter bees, for God's sake. This company doesn't know what they are doing, they have unskilled workers, they don't stand behind their work. I use Erlich now and am very pleased. If there are any bees still alive after treatment, I call and they come back and treat again. The caliber of the work is sooo much better. Terrible exterminator service. Anyone else is a better alternative. Run, don't walk .... away from this company!

We used ehrlich insect spray for a number of years at lake harmony pa and it went smoothly. However…read morein 2023, the prices have gone way up ($750 for 3 sprays in the home), and customer service has gone way down. We called ehrlich since august to modify our plan, and it seems there are phone agents to take our requests and generate "tickets" that have to go to the "district manager" to make the reduction of service. Three calls to ehrlich in august and October produced no communication back to effect these changes from the district manager. We continued to be billed hundreds of dollars for services that we asked to be discontinued in august and then had to ask to dispute these costs. There is a total disconnect between agents who take customer calls at ehrlich and generate tickets, and follow up and communication from second sept at ehrlich district managers to enact/ agree with changes. Left hand does not work with right hand at ehrlich and customers are stuck without service. I do not recommend this company given poor customer service and response service.
