I've been a regular here since 2019 and things have really changed. I wish I could leave a better review, and I want them to succeed. Unfortunately, it feels like they don't care anymore. I always get phò to-go and not only has the broth changed in flavor, it has become inconsistent. This used to hit the spot even in summer and now it's okay at best and disappointing at worst. The veggies aren't generally fresh anymore and how much you get of each one is very different each time now, and it's never generous. (Except for bean sprouts. There's always enough bean sprouts.) The basil in particular has been quartered compared to what used to be offered, and idk if 5 small cilantro leaves and 2 slices from the butt of jalepeño is justified with the prices. They didn't even bother with the lime last time, usually you get a wedge per bowl. Kind of surprised you'd do your return customers dirty like that. Joy Phò, please listen to your customers. I understand the price raises but if you keep driving customers away over some extra (wilted) veggies, you're not going to make it much longer anyways.. read more

The broth was rich and not too salty. The sprouts were fresh and the lime they gave was juicy. I've seen previous reviews saying they didn't hardly get any noodle, we got plenty so no complaints there either. I've been trying with no success to find pho in Auburn during this whole COVID situation and they did not disappoint. They did however run out of tapioca pearls for the boba, but I got it anyways.
