We both understand this journey isn't a fast journey but my husband is an active duty military member and he was deploying for 12 mos. We started this journey a little over 1.5 years and the last office was just dragging their feet and we voiced our concerns since he was preparing to leave last December. I went back to my primary care dr on base and they referred us to Dr Craig. His office is a lot farther from us but to be honest it is 100% worth the drive. From the very first appt with dr Craig in person was so easy and he went into great detail of all the test we did that day and wrote out a timeline txt plan. I really appreciated Dr Craig taking his time and sitting in person with me. The last office, I never met the dr in person. I did not like that at all. We asked for a sit down in person and was told those are phone appts. We did not like that. We unfortunately don't have a little baby running around yet but Dr Craig and his office have been so accommodating with our situation and have been very informative. My wife has called them maybe 20 separate times trying to get OUR money back. The last straw was today, when she called and the receptionist said "let me get my manager" and then hung up. Everyone that works here is in on this GENUINE scam. Genuinely evil, greedy, losers run this business. Go elsewhere unless you want to get scammed.
