We couldn't believe our eyes. After taking my mom to Dr Lu for multiple issues my turn came. My right hand was very sore and I was struggling typing and doing basic things. At the end of my session Dr Lu saw my pinky finger was stiff, I told him that finger had been like that for over 20 years and he took a needle and did his magic for a few seconds and now I can make a fits. Before my visit, I called to confirm the price, and they told me the first session would cost $75, and the following ones would be $65. However, when I arrived, I was told there was a "misunderstanding," and the actual price was $190 for the first session and $160 for the following ones. In the end, they offered me a "discount," so I agreed to pay $130 for the first session and $110 for the next ones. I initially thought it was just a misunderstanding. But after my fourth visit, I suddenly received an email informing me that my next session would cost $120. No one had warned me about the price increase beforehand--they just informed me after the fact! When I asked why I wasn't notified in advance, they simply told me the next session would now be $125. I want to emphasize that Dr. Denis is very kind and attentive, and I truly appreciate his care. That's why it's especially disappointing that the clinic operates this way and treats its clients like this. I feel really sorry about the situation. This is the second time they have changed their pricing without proper communication. I'm shocked by this approach to customer service. Be careful before booking an appointment here!
