They are so good about checking in, providing step by step instructions, both before and after, so I never felt lost or confused. I got there at 4pm so I could get in first but there were already 4 people ahead of me. However, things moved along quite well, and I was in a room and having XR's taken within 30 minutes! The PA (who was awesome) and I wish I could type her name here, talked to me, she was professional, smart, very nice and covered everything, I felt like I had no doubts about anything she told me. She just made me feel like I was in the best hands. She gave me a steroid injection which she did very proficiently. So I wanted to shout out thank you for being there, you helped me so much. From the moment I called they were polite, efficient and so courteous. We then were directed to their on site orthopedic area where Ms. Lois made my son a customized splint right there. This place is like a 1 stop shop.
