Went here to have some patches sewn on my leather vest. This was one of the only places in the area…read morethat I found that could do the work. It was about two weeks to have them sewn on and while they did ask me if it was ok to sew through the liner, they did sew through the liner and pockets rendering the inner left pocket unusable. I don't really use the pockets except maybe to put my phone in, but I would have thought that they wouldn't have done that. All in all I had 4 patches sewn on for $80. As you can see, one got sewn right through the inside pocket. I would have like to have been asked about that, but hindsight being 20/20, I guess if I need any more sewn, I'll let them know. This business seems to do a lot of alterations for wedding dresses, so I'm guessing not a lot of bikers are hitting them up to sew their cuts. Just be aware if that's something you need.

It made the entire experience uncomfortable. She briefly came out to point out that she had fixed some loose fabric, and then went back into the other room. It wasn't until I went back into the dressing room by myself that I noticed one side of the bust fabric looked thicker than the other. My family told me it wasn't very noticeable, so I reluctantly took the dress home. Once I tried it on again in better lighting I found additional issues, including bumps showing through the fabric, the outline of the sewn-in bra cup, and the shoulder straps were too short making the dress uncomfortable close to my armpit. This is disappointing given the fact that the alterations cost twice as much as my actual dress. I contacted the owner with photos and she tells me that it's her policy that when customers leave the store that's it (I wasn't told this) but she was willing to fix the problems. I live an hour away and work full-time, so making another trip is difficult. We agreed on a Saturday and told me I could come anytime. A few days later she tells me she wouldn't be there until after 1:00 p.m. because she had other brides. This was frustrating because when I first did my alterations, I was specifically told there were no appointments for wedding dress alterations and that I could come anytime. So I'm not sure what's going on with that. What bothered me most was her response to my concerns. She repeatedly insisted that because I left the store with the dress, I must have been happy with it. She also told me she had security camera footage showing that I liked the dress. That completely ignored the fact that I discovered additional problems after getting home and that I had already explained why I didn't feel comfortable bringing up every concern during my fitting. Because of both the quality of the alterations and the way my concerns were handled afterward, I will not be returning, even though she offered to make additional repairs. This experience was stressful and unpleasant. I do not recommend this place.
