I also brought in a pair of jeans that I just stuck one pin in to show where it needed hemming, and both of them came out perfect! The one thing that surprised me, is that you have to pay in advance for your cleaning?Which i've never seen before and it asks if I want to give a tip. I will never go to another place for alterations or dry cleaning after my experience with Diamond Cleaners & Tailor. I needed a pant suit altered (both the jacket sleeves and pants were too long) and the staff here were so kind and helpful. They are also super fast when it comes to turn around. I went in on a Tuesday and my suit was ready by Friday. The lady who does alterations is only there a few days a week so I highly recommend calling ahead of time to schedule an appointment. It had about a 2" moth hole in it but Glenda worked with me to sew on Navy patches that perfectly covered the hole and also created a wonderful family Military heirloom. This is the only tailor and dry cleaning service you should use!! I got lucky 5 years ago when I found Diamond Cleaners & Tailor on Yelp. It was the closest to my house so I gave it a try and haven't looked back. This is the only place I'd bring anything you'd need tailored or dry cleaned, especially complex tailor jobs like wedding guest dresses and wedding dresses. I brought my moms wedding dress here and Emily made it into a party dress for my wedding next year (will post pictures of this after the wedding)--it looks PERFECT! She does it all and charges fair prices for extremely high quality work. Pictures below of two of the more complicated wedding guest dresses I had her alter for me. She had to remove about a foot of material off the brown/black dress but was able to maintain the detailed design at the bottom of the dress and it looked perfect. Same with the red dress--the ruffle detail in the back made this dress pretty complicated but it was no problem at all for them. Again she had to remove about a foot of material but the dress looked like it was made for me by the time she was done with it. read more

I guess my shirts are clean after picking them up, so I don't have any complain with that. I called to check on the cost of laundering standard button-up shirts and I was told that costs is $3.25 per shirt, as long as the collar is not bigger than a size 16. That's strange but my collars are 15.5 so I figured that was not a problem. Came time to pick up and pay and they wanted more than $4 per shirt. When I asked why the price is so much higher than the quote, I was given a long list of reasons the price might go up, none of which applied to my shirts. I don't think they are honest and frankly it was not enough money to have a bad time about, but I can't see dealing with people like that. read more
