There was a small hiccup with delivery this time. The driver left the arrangement outside of our gate instead of walking it down the alley to our front door, so I didn't initially know where the flowers were. I had to call the shop, and they sent someone back out. The flowers sat outside for a bit, which was stressful, but they handled it once I called. The only real feedback I have is around value. Compared to the first arrangement I ordered a couple months ago (for my wife's birthday), this one felt noticeably smaller. It may have been because it was right before Valentine's Day -- I understand that prices and availability can shift during holidays -- but for close to $200 including delivery and tip, I did expect a little more volume. That said, I will still be coming back. On a previous order, there were quality issues and they completely corrected it by sending a new arrangement, which I genuinely appreciated. They've earned my trust as a company that stands behind their work. Beautiful flowers, solid customer service -- I just hope future arrangements feel a little more substantial for the price.
