I stopped by on my way to another client, just to say hello. Deann was very friendly and remembered me after just one visit. She was so kind to address me by name. I honestly thought I would have to remind her, but she has a catalogue of clients and their interest memorized. She remember what I was interested in and brought out my interest card to make sure. I felt very racially profiled here. they don't have any watches they can sell you. I think most of these reviews here about how great Barbara and the staff are have to be paid for. they are not very specific and I can tell u i felt VERY uncomfortable in here. there's a guard at the door who buzzes you in after he looks you up and down. as a Hispanic man it was not a comfortable experience at all. then they didn't have anything they could really sell. So idk how they are getting all these great reviews unless they paid for them. don't shop here. u r wasting ur time if u want a Rolex. I had a bike accident this morning and scraped my Rolex jubilee bracelet on the concrete. The clasp was scratched up pretty bad and I was so bummed about it. Absolutely terrible experience. This location does not have any Rolex watches...ever. Rolex should be ashamed of itself to have an AD in a city that dribbles out the very few watches they get mainly to repeat customers. Rolex determines allocation partially based on a city's demographics, income and part of town the dealer is located...we get it, so why bother. Fresno is Fresno, it ain't changing. Rolex just needs tell us Valley people to go to LA or SF or better yet go to a grey dealer online to get a watch. Wickersham's moving into a larger location...for what??? So that they can have more display cases with watches they cannot or will not sell you? Give it up Wickersham, just sell Casio's, at least then you would have something to sell and not just anger potential jewelry customers. read more
