No explanation for the missing $5. I send a text, respectfully, asking - no response. I'll let the texts speak for themselves. I think it's apparent this isn't about $5. It's poor business practice by someone who wants to treat me as the problem over their own poor communication skills. And seriously- $5 is kept every time you cancel on someone because of your computer system?? That's actually called stealing, BTW.

If you have gel it is extra to remove. We got regular polish. I chose this place because I can't handle nail salon fumes and they have Zoya products here. One of the polishes from another brand there definitely had a super strong smell and gave me a bit of a headache. However, we had the room to ourselves which was nice and they had air purifiers going. The massage was gentle and wish it were a bit stronger, but other than that Lucia and Crystal took great care of us and we did feel like we had a spa experience. They offered us a second set of neck wraps mid service which was wonderful. I would love to come back and would definitely recommend Lucia and Crystal. The spa was decorated for Christmas and felt cute and cozy.
