They prepare sushi and other Asian delights on site, and have a large selection of wines and beers. Hampton Natural Foods is a lot like Trader Joe's, but a little bit more higher end, and pricier. The wine section is very impressive, as is the cheese section. The place is always packed when I go there, so the lines can be a bit daunting. You can find a lot of unique brands that you won't see elsewhere, but be prepared to pay premium for them. Staff is friendly, and always ready to answer questions. I think the check-out people know that their lines tend to go slowly, and they're always gracious about thanking customers for coming (even if they have a small purchase). I've had no complaints about Hampton Natural Foods. Then again, I visit every few months. I think if this were my main place to shop and get all of my essentials that I'd be broke in no time. Buy in moderation and enjoy a great store like this- wish there were more of them!

They have a very good selection of all kinds of vitamins, herbal/nutritional supplements and natural/holistic remedies, including a lot of vegetarian/vegan formulas. Also, a nice selection of natural soaps, deodorants and bath/hygiene products. They also signed me up for their rewards club and I received a coupon for next time. The gentleman who checked me out (possibly owner?) was nice and let me know about a $3 off manufacturer coupon that was taken off my purchase.
