Hired them to cater a Christmas party for about 30 people. Driver dropped the food outside in the cold and only 1/4 of our order. Frantically had to call Wrap City and the driver and each pointed fingers at the other instead of working to make my order right. Finally through texting and chat they agreed to complete the order but would take an hour. Got the food after the party started and they did take 1/2 off but very disappointed. Wrap City was just okay. I got take out and got a tuna melt and roast beef. Both were ready in a jif and tasted fine. Came with house made potato chips. Mine were mostly broken in small pieces. I would return to try more but was not wowed or anything. read more

Always fresh and delicious, especially on hot days. I have yet to receive a sandwich, I have not liked or an incorrect order. Very quick.

Was up in Salem so stopped in as I'd heard some buzz about this place. My friends LOVE The chips, which you can now buy at Market Basket. PRO- Really nice front counter staff. I ordered the "Thanksgiving Sandwich" which they call the "Pilgrim Something" I think. Was really good, hot as heck when I got it. Turkey was real, not thin slice deli turkey & I liked the stuffing. $12 with chips, so I felt the price was reasonable. Chips were fresh & crunchy. CON- I walked in to order & it took a bit to get my food, as people has called or sent in orders online. Note to self, do that next time. Not a huge con. SO - I liked it ALOT, way better than a average deli sub, so I'll be back. read more

Great sandwiches and wraps. Very, very slow service. At least 15 minutes to get your food. The people at the counter need more training. I've been here a half dozen times and the cashier is always confused and usually gets something wrong with the order so check before you leave. The potato chips suck so I don't know why they make a big deal about them. They say that they're fresh but I don't think so. I'll bet they make them all in the morning and then they sit all day. Fresh chips don't last long and if you put chips in with a hot sandwich, they get soggy. They have tables to eat-in and it's never that crowded so seating is good and the atmosphere is fine for a sandwich shop. These are not show-stoppers though. The food is great. Parma is my favorite but every sandwich and wrap have been excellent. read more

I don't think restaurant is actually any good. I've tried 5 different wraps/sandwiches and they were all bad and tasteless. The chips are good. The service is fine. The restaurant is clean and roomy. The food is just not doing anything for me. I would make better wraps at home. read more

Then the wrap was toasted perfectly.... Unheard of right there. The famous homemade potatoes the sweet and salty flavor was un-matched never had a chip taste like it. Wrap City opened last week, another location in Salem in the same plaza as Barnes & Noble and in the former T-Mobile, which moved across the street to Tuscan Village. This very popular NH sandwich chain serves up a great variety of signature wraps, subs, flatbreads, homemade potato chips, salads, cookies, brownies, and cold drinks. They also offer online ordering and DoorDash ordering and delivery. Most wraps and sandwiches with chips are priced in the $10-$13 range in late 2022. The ToastTab online ordering was not working, so in person ordering it was. I stopped in at Wrap City in Salem for lunch takeout, which was quite busy here with a line at the door and all six tables towards the back were filled. Most people here were ordering the Bobby V's (turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, American cheese, toasted white wrap), which is one of my favorites too. However, I ordered the Buffalo's Anchor Wrap ($11.49 plus tax - breaded chicken pieces, buffalo sauce, crumbled bleu cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, bleu cheese dressing, subbed out the white wrap for tomato basil) with homemade potato chips, ready in about 10 minutes after ordering. The wrap was very tasty and not too spicy. The small side of homemade potato chips were crunchy and salted. Overall, Wrap City is a great place for wraps, sandwiches and homemade potato chips. read more

Ordered 'buffalos anchor' which is supposed to be breaded chicken. What I got instead were large chunks of gray-colored chicken that I couldn't bite through. Never mind the fact that it wasn't breaded or as described. I called the restaurant and the manager was super friendly and helpful. Just a bad experience today but will try again in the future. read more

After rave recommendations from friends that we had to try Wrap City, I have to say I was pretty disappointed. I had been craving a Buffalo chicken wrap and so I ordered the Buffalo's Anchor online. After arriving home and opening the box labels 'buff' it was not a Buffalo wrap but a Caesar wrap. A mediocre one at that. So I was pretty sad. We reached out to customer service immediately and never heard back. Everyone else liked what they got. I probably won't try this place again. read more

Wrap City looks and feels like a basic wrap/sandwich place. Nothing noteworthy. It's all about taste. The wraps are delicious.

This has become our go to sandwich place in town. We always get take out and out orders have always been correct. Recently, while picking up an order, I could tell they were slammed. Everyone was going flat out and many people were waiting. The young woman in charge would yell to the young men making the sandwiches things that she needed or things that were special ordered. But then she yelled something that is very rare in today's experience. She said, "Way to go, guys! You're doing great. We're almost done and we've got this!" It took five seconds of her time, but I thought, "Now THAT is how you build a team." All the staff were so polite even though, clearly, they were busy. Good sandwiches, good service, good staff, and clearly their training is great. It was such a positive experience. read more

I got the Rachel and my husband got the chicken salad - both AMAZING! it's super clean, friendly staff and great music. we will be back!
