My wife was told that I gave them a "false" address and that they had been calling and texting all day with no answer. Well since it was the home phone and not a cell that would explain that. Also he had my credit card... if I was really trying to waste his time would I have given that in advance??? Then he got overly rude with her while she was trying to give him directions to our home. Being that it is a new address its not in some older GPS road databases. Which apparently is what he was using. Mind you google/bing/yahoo/mapquest all know where my address is. His tone and way he was disrespecting my wife on the phone was uncalled for and as unprofessional as you can get. When I called him to let him know that his services were no longer needed he was even rude to me. Never once apologized and then eventually hung up on me. Great way to treat customers and run your business. I think not! Book at your own risk.

He wasn't paying attention and didn't see a car stopped short on I280. If I didn't warn him, we'd have ended up hitting a stopped car at nearly 60mph. The driver had to skid into the other lane. It gets worse. They transposed the wrong return date and went to the airport yesterday. The problem is that I don't return for two more days. I'm not in a close time zone and had strange text messages appear. I investigated and found that they'd entered the date incorrectly from the webform, however, I had missed this (my fault) in their confirmation email. The biggest reason was that I had talked to the dispatcher on the telephone; she'd confirmed the correct date. Such babysitting of detail isn't appropriate for a car ride. Worse, I already felt uncomfortable about using them for the return flight. The driver texted me and told me he'd come back and not charge me for their missed trip. Sadly, I sent my feedback to the management and they cancelled my return trip--they were upset that I reported the terrible driving and their administrative indifference. Yelp allowed me to find another service that's cheaper and has a long track record. The bottom line's that too many chauffeur services exist in the Bay Area, so, you have more choice than you realize. I wouldn't;t use this company if it was free. To be fair, I gave them a chance to intervene again before posting negative feedback and they ignored me. If you look closely, you'll see some recent reviews discussing how safe the reviewer felt, which I feel are suspect. When you see a low amount of reviews which'er questionable, it's usually the business planting their own artificial reviews, just as in this case. When you look at my reviews (generally) you'll see general objectivity and concessions; which is honesty. While I still would;t have utilized this company again, they clearly should have taken ownership of their issues. You don't blame the customer for your mistakes.
