This is another place which inserts artificial, positive reviews. While the driver for our outbound leg was very polite, he almost got into an accident several times. He wasn't paying attention and didn't see a car stopped short on I280. If I didn't warn him, we'd have ended up hitting a stopped car at nearly 60mph. The driver had to skid into the other lane. It gets worse. They transposed the wrong return date and went to the airport yesterday. The problem is that I don't return for two more days. I'm not in a close time zone and had strange text messages appear. I investigated and found that they'd entered the date incorrectly from the webform, however, I had missed this (my fault) in their confirmation email. The biggest reason was that I had talked to the dispatcher on the telephone; she'd confirmed the correct date. Such babysitting of detail isn't appropriate for a car ride. Worse, I already felt uncomfortable about using them for the return flight. The driver texted me and told me he'd come back and not charge me for their missed trip. Sadly, I sent my feedback to the management and they cancelled my return trip--they were upset that I reported the terrible driving and their administrative indifference. Yelp allowed me to find another service that's cheaper and has a long track record. The bottom line's that too many chauffeur services exist in the Bay Area, so, you have more choice than you realize. I wouldn't;t use this company if it was free. To be fair, I gave them a chance to intervene again before posting negative feedback and they ignored me. If you look closely, you'll see some recent reviews discussing how safe the reviewer felt, which I feel are suspect. When you see a low amount of reviews which'er questionable, it's usually the business planting their own artificial reviews, just as in this case. When you look at my reviews (generally) you'll see general objectivity and concessions; which is honesty. While I still would;t have utilized this company again, they clearly should have taken ownership of their issues. You don't blame the customer for your mistakes. read more

Strongly recommend these guys. Timely, professional, reasonably priced, and the drivers can handle a car properly without making the passengers nervous. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with their service. We were family of 7 and hired them to shuttle us from San Ramon to OAK. I decided to book an SUV instead of the limo and we were comfortably seated and all our luggages fit. The experience of their service from the reservation to the payment after services rendered was excellent. I will suggest bringing cash if you do not want them to write your card info. (Maybe they can have their drivers set up with the Square app.) The black GMC SUV was pristine, and even had a new car smell. Our driver, Sam, was prompt (10 mins early) very professional and friendly. He was dressed crisply and even smelled squeaky clean and not like he bathed in cheap cologne. I suffer from migraines so I am so particular and notice these things. Hahaha. We were not morning people so we kept conversation to a minimum ;) Sam kept his eyes on the road and drove us safely to the airport without distractions. They are reasonably priced as I called and researched about 10 other limo services. Paid $99 plus 20% (several options for tipping available). It was the best deal as the price range for 7 people will not even get you a traditional shuttle ride (a.k.a. old, unkept, dirty shuttles). You can just imagine my family's disappointment when we arrived at our destination and shuttled by the 'traditional shuttle service' to the hotel. The driver was friendly but the vehicle was no where in the league of ALS limo service. I already recommended them to a coworker for their future shuttle needs. I have kept them on my phone for all future limo needs. I'm even thinking of booking them for a friends winery trip one of these days. You can't go wrong!! What a great company to deal with. We just used them to get driven from Novato, CA to Levi Stadium, then back to Novato for a Kenny Chesney concert. They were so wonderful to deal with on the phone. I think I spoke to Lisa. We opted for the large SUV for 6 people. Sam was the driver and was wonderful. This was the first music concert at Levi Stadium and no one knew how they would handle parking, etc. Sam managed to drop us off right on front and even managed to keep his same space. He texted me during the concert to let me know exactly where he was. It allowed us to enjoy the concert, partake in a few drinks, (actually many drinks) and not have to worry about driving home. Used ALS for my daughters prom night. The kids went as a group of friends and a limo really added to the experience. Not to mention the piece of mind I had knowing a professional driver was taking them safely into the city (SF) and back. The limo was really sharp looking. A brand new model. i have been using A.L.S Limo for several years now and not once was the driver ever late or impolite. Saeed is often the driver and he is very well dressed and very helpful. He rings my doorbell exactly at the time he said he will be there. The limo is always clean and beautiful. What truly is amazing though, is the price difference between using a shuttle and A.L.S limo(if there are 2 of you or more) is so minimal and yet the service is vastly different. One time my husband and I made a mistake in hiring Super Shuttle and the driver stood in the driveway and was about to drive away when we opened our door, did not help us with our luggage even though my leg was in a cast, drove like a maniac and stopped in so many places it took us forever to get to the airport. We just came from our cruise and once again Saeed was there on time at 10 PM last night, ever helpful, polite an so well dressed.
