This also made me comfortable. When additions to the project were identified, a change order with the associated charges was clearly provided and agreed to before any work was conducted. Far and away, I knew immediately that Socorro was the most honest, knowledgeable and professional of all the companies I talked to. His estimate was in the middle--not the cheapest not the most expensive so it seemed fair and complete. He and the crew came every day from about 7:30-4:00 as long as it wasn't raining. They did a fantastic job. My yard looks better than I could have ever imagined. They were a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, always checking to see if I had questions, etc. He's followed up to see how everything is going, if I have any questions, and offered to come back out and check on everything and do a bit of weeding. The sales person is friendly, the owner not so much. He came for his installment checks, but did very little in communication to us or his Spanish only speaking crew (who are subcontractors). When we tried to get the crew to level the pavers in a particular way or even talk about how drains should be placed we were threatened by Dieter and his crew to walk off the job or simply ignore our requests. Guys ended up having to redo some of their work since they didn't follow a blue print we made for them. My advice is go elsewhere. Reviews don't seem consistent service here.

After many unsuccessful attempts of hiring a hardscape contractor, Saloman arrived punctual to provide an estimate for my backyard project. He completed the work timely as promised and left the entire area better than he found it. Impressed with the backyard hardscape, we asked him to start on our front yard. As expected, Saloman is a true artist that loves his work. Unlike previous contractors, he meticulously trimmed and shaped our palm trees without damaging the trees or any surrounding plants. Also, he even cleaned our roof that was full of debris. The most impressive thing about Saloman is that he works on each project with such care and attention to detail as though it's his own house. And unlike some of the other contractors (we got many other quotes), Saloman's prices were very reasonable and lower than all the other contractors. We will definitely keep his number for all future projects. Debated whether to post this review because selfishly we don't want him to get too busy when we call him- but he's too good and amazing for gatekeeping. Really excited that we found him!
