We have a smaller lot, about 3500 sq.ft., but with Frank's design help we were able to turn it into exactly what we were hoping for - a relaxing refuge with extended patio, planters, lighting, and a beautiful limestone accent wall in the front. We saw some of Homepro's work in our neighborhood and could tell that they used skilled pros and had a great eye for detail, beautiful flow, they were magicians at making small spaces feel big, beautiful, and useful. Once I saw their work there was no going with any other professional. When we officially hired homepro and started coming up with plans and designs, Frank and his team were so extremely skilled and left no detail and luxury out. He made my ideas and wishes a reality but about 1000 times more magnificent than I even imagined possible! Everything was so well structured and completed with such care I knew we made the right choice. I can not stress enough how happy we are with the work, and attention to detail. Everyone who worked our project left our space clean, felt safe, and were punctual and respectful. Our realtor has recommended excellent local services to us throughout the years after we relocated to CA, so when we decided to overhaul our property we asked him for the best company in the area. Without hesitation he said "Frank Memary of Homepro Remodeling is your guy. The properties that he does are always the nicest houses on the street." We met with Frank and were immediately put at ease. He is very friendly and open and gave suggestions on what he could do with our property. After our meeting, he designed a beautiful plan that maximized our mountain view and provided us with a video so we could more easily visualize the design. He also provided a detailed visual plan/blueprint that helped us sail through the HOA approval and city permitting processes. Along the way we presented Frank with some design changes that we wanted to make and he was open to each of our changes and explained how they might impact costs. That kind of flexibility is invaluable in a project of this scope. I can't stress enough how easy Frank is to work with and how communicative he is. His crew is top notch and he used beautiful, quality materials. We never could have envisioned what he designed for us and every night we sit out by the fire pit admiring our beautifully landscaped yard, gorgeous hardscape, elegant lighting and inviting pool and pinch ourselves to make sure we aren't dreaming and that this is really our home. My husband has a demanding career, but every night after soaking in the spa and sitting by the fire pit he is completely relaxed and has been sleeping better than he has in years. As somebody that has been in building materials industry for 15+ yrs I have plenty of horror stories on contractors, and reasons to be skeptical. My experience with Frank and his team was one that exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not recommend them enough. Homepro was recommended by my architect along with 3 other contractors. Right away they set themselves apart, as when I called them for a quote, they were here by the following day, not only that, but he had actually studied the blueprints and came with a quote ready. All other contractors took weeks to come, and then several additional days to get a quote. They did what they said they would, when they said they would, and at the price they promised. They were very professional throughout the project, and were always there to fix any problems we encountered along the way. If there were problems, Frank always made sure to make it right. Frank is a good communicator and helped stay on top of getting the job approved by the HOA with submissions, and resubmissions. Let me start by saying how disappointed I am with this company! I made an appointment, requested time off work just for the project manager to be a no show! No Decency to call me and let me know. After the past window of their arrival pass I called to ask the status when the operator informed me she will check in and contact me back with a status. An additional 20 mins pass I had to call back . The rep then tells me the project manager is still at a meeting and won't be making it to my appointment. The operator herself did not understand why the project manager did not notify them. I explain to her I had to get off work early and how I had to drive about 35 mins from my actual home to the location. She then offers to reschedule me with another different project manager which I I decided to go for it and give it a second chance. Took the appointment for today 11/9 . A few mins ago I received a call from them asking to confirm my appointment for 11/10!!! I explain the whole situation of the first incident and now the second, still waiting on them to make it right. As in now this is a company you don't want to deal with. Imagine them leaving your project halfway done!? I'll update this review when and if I get answers. read more

My wife and I are thrilled with the results, the workmanship and the pace of work of Homepros. Special kudos go out to Neftali, the project foreman, who was patient with me every time I asked if he was going to perform certain tasks up to my standard. After repeatedly having to look over the shoulder and correct almost everything the previous crew did due to their suspect building practices, I was understandably cautious and suspicious when the new crew came onto the scene. We used Homepro for a big landscaping and hardscaping project in our new home. We bought a home and needed to landscape our front and back yards. We had some ideas but needed some input and guidance. We interviewed 3 companies that were being used around the neighborhood. Frank with Homepro, not only was the most friendly but also had great ideas and a great price. He was ALWAYS available for questions. His team that completed the work were so friendly and hard working. They were here for about 2 months to complete this project and there was never a day that they were not on time or friendly. I was never uncomfortable with them being here. If a problem ever came up, Frank was able to be reached and dealt with it immediately and his crew fixed it immediately. I have heard horror stories of some projects like ours and feel so lucky to have found Frank and his team. We even now use them for monthly maintenance.
