I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

By the time I grabbed my returns to their door it was 5 pm. And the young gentleman with glasses and a beard, sorry I didn't catch his name, was kind enough to let me in to do my returns. Most of my packages were labeled and boxed up so it took about 2 minutes to do the returns. That considerate gesture surely made my day! It's so frustrating standing in a long line just to make a simple return that I can do myself at the return kiosk. I got use to UPS stores in the Dallas area, before I moved here, that have return kiosks. It was really great to get in and out so easily. This UPS store is the only one near me, so it's the only choice I have for Amazon returns, and it seems to take forever to make a simple return because of the lines. There is a reason other UPS stores have these return kiosks. They see the value in it for customers and staff. This store is trapped back in time.
