There was no way I could prune or spray these trees myself. I was sadly considering that I needed to remove them. The Bartlet tree Experts came on time, and examined them, offered suggestions to try first, to try to save them. They would call me each morning they were planning to come for service, to let me know they would be coming, efficiently did what they needed to do, they were very courteous and left my yard neat. They pruned, fertilized, sprayed for fungus on a schedule, and loosened the soil around the collars (the base of the trees.) Even in this first year of treatment, my trees look healthier and so much better. I am very pleased with their service!

That said, I have had NO TICKS during the past three years I have used Pure Solutions. They spray using an organic compound that leaves no bad odor. They are a very professional company. After a few unanswered calls to other companies, I reached these folks, and they were totally no-nonsense. They were available right away, and came to treat the house while we were at work. Their spray worked like a charm on the first try, killing the hornets around the house and repelling others from landing. When the warm weather arrived, so did the carpenter ants, and I called these guys again. I'm not sure if they're a family business, but sure it seems like it - the lady who answers the phone is sweet and helpful, and the exterminator was the same guy who had treated the hornet problem. They were available to treat the ant infestation right away, and even had a seasonal "service agreement" that covers pest control for the whole year for a set price (which, in both of my dealings with them, has come in exactly at, or under, what I was quoted on the phone). These seem like good people doing an honest business; I'd totally recommend them to anyone who wants to place one call and not have to worry about it again.
