Since it wasn't an emergency they gave me the office phone number, and first thing Monday morning Megan called to get my information and set up an appointment. Chris came to empty the tank, dug out the cover, and fixed a problem in the tank. He also figured out where the waiter was coming from and was able to unclog that pipe too. He was here for several hours with his assistant Eric, troubleshooting the problem and didn't leave until all solutions were exhausted. The price for the work they did was very reasonable as well.
