After a few unanswered calls to other companies, I reached these folks, and they were totally no-nonsense. They were available right away, and came to treat the house while we were at work. Their spray worked like a charm on the first try, killing the hornets around the house and repelling others from landing. When the warm weather arrived, so did the carpenter ants, and I called these guys again. I'm not sure if they're a family business, but sure it seems like it - the lady who answers the phone is sweet and helpful, and the exterminator was the same guy who had treated the hornet problem. They were available to treat the ant infestation right away, and even had a seasonal "service agreement" that covers pest control for the whole year for a set price (which, in both of my dealings with them, has come in exactly at, or under, what I was quoted on the phone). These seem like good people doing an honest business; I'd totally recommend them to anyone who wants to place one call and not have to worry about it again.

The people on the phone are nice, but management is terrible to deal with and have no empathy or sympathy for their customers. They must either dilute their treatments or mis-train their techs, as a different pest company was able to safely kill the flying death machines within one treatment. They'll upsell you on a monitoring system you don't realize you're signing up for, charge you to remove it, fail in what you hired them for, and then charge you to get out of your month-to-month contract. Poor value and poor attitude. Go with anyone else.

Bring some bills, insert them in the machine and you get a card which you then swipe in the washer and try to start the machines. Betty keeps the place clean, and she's vigilant to make sure the machines are in good working condition. The Bucket of Suds is open every day from 5am thru 11pm, and the doors lock automatically at that point.

Since it wasn't an emergency they gave me the office phone number, and first thing Monday morning Megan called to get my information and set up an appointment. Chris came to empty the tank, dug out the cover, and fixed a problem in the tank. He also figured out where the waiter was coming from and was able to unclog that pipe too. He was here for several hours with his assistant Eric, troubleshooting the problem and didn't leave until all solutions were exhausted. The price for the work they did was very reasonable as well. Chris and Megan are very kind, understanding and compassionate. They went above and beyond! I gave 5 stars but wish it could be 100, that is how good they are. Maybe he had gotten stuck a couple times prior to your call - I would be hesitant as well and not want to risk losing a days work due to an avoidable circumstance. Losing one customer is better than losing the rest he is scheduled for in an entire day. That was his judgment call to make and not yours. Sometimes the risk isn't worth taking and it certainly isn't something to be belligerent about, just because you waited too long to pump your septic.

On a Friday I heard the pump alarm for our liquid septic. I…read morecalled one plumber who wasn't available for two weeks and recommend Decamp. We called them and had a call back within a hour. They were able to comeout Monday morning even though it was 10 below. Don and my husband we able to get the extremely heavy cement frozen lid off with the help of our tractor. After pulling the pump it determined it was shot. Don called for the help of Riley and they were able to locate a pump at Webb and picked it up. Got it hooked up but needed to return the briefly next morning at 8 AM for an electrical hook up. I would like to repeat this was all done at below 0 temps. Both Don and Riley were very nice and extremely professional. Could not be anymore pleased.
