Unfortunately I booked a consultation but then shortly after I spoke to them, I received a phone call from a local long running company in my town who came out right away and didn't charge me anything. I'm definitely worried now because they have my card number. They never officially canceled my appointment. They made the entire experience stressful and complicated. The people on the phone are nice, but management is terrible to deal with and have no empathy or sympathy for their customers. They must either dilute their treatments or mis-train their techs, as a different pest company was able to safely kill the flying death machines within one treatment. They'll upsell you on a monitoring system you don't realize you're signing up for, charge you to remove it, fail in what you hired them for, and then charge you to get out of your month-to-month contract. Poor value and poor attitude. Go with anyone else.
