Their turnover rate is pretty high. But Ansley is always there and reliable. She makes sure the temp isn't too hot. She does great wax pulls. And she doesn't make anything weird (I do my vag lol). She is super personable and great to talk to! Outside of that, I do love European wax centers because they have the buy 9, get 3 free deals and they don't expire so I always like a good deal! They also have products to prevent in-grown hairs and I didn't use any of those in my first few years and I was having in-growns a lot but then I finally started using them and the in-growns have lessened a lot. Also after going for so long, some of the hair does stop growing and it hurts way less to get waxed. I think it is a good place to go as long as you find a good waxer. I booked a pedicure service, and the three foot spa/sink areas were all out of service. My foot soak was in a shallow plastic dish of cold water. The top of my feet were exfoliated, presumably because it was all that could be easily rinsed. I am not sure what the issue was, but there was not hot or running water. They should not be offering this service as listed. It is a misrepresentation. I was charged $58 for the service, so with tip, I paid nearly $90 for a spa pedicure service that I could have done at home, but with hot water. I felt terrible for the young nail tech because she was truly fabulous and clearly making the best of what her employer had available; but she's never going to be able to build a book of business without functioning spa equipment. The actual polish service was pristine and will probably last a few months or more. I would absolutely book a service with the tech again, if she moved to another spa. However, even if the owner decided to bring her business out of disrepair, I'm not sure I'd return because of the bait and switch, and willingness to destroy that young woman's early professional development.
