BEWARE of this Company! Update: Please read "Rob's" response: "nothing done on their end intentionally" however we received confirmation that per their bank, JR Bath received the additional over $63,000 into their account! Is it intentional that you choose to keep my 91 year father in laws over $63,000 per your bank? Yet "Rob" demonstrates JR Bath is trying to put their decision to keep my father in laws over $63,000 back onto my 91 year old father in law! I received an email from "Rob" stating they would pay my father back in incremental amounts. Ludicrous, unethical & unsavory! Was JR bath planning to drag out incremental amounts hoping my father in law would pass away & they would be able to keep incremental amounts? This situation has been going on for almost two months, were they trying to get my father outside of the sixty day bank window? Remember JR Bath says one thing and their bank says otherwise: My father was charged back $63,000 for a four figure 1/2 down contracted payment four days later after the check cleared for the correct amount per the contract. The bank has CONFIRMED that JR Bank has my 91 year old father in law's funds and REFUSES TO GIVE IT BACK! Their salesman who is no longer with the company came to my 91 year old father in law's house in Tennessee in early December, agreed on a $14k bath remodel, the salesman did NOT leave a contract however my 91 year old father in law gave them a check that originally cleared correctly for 1/2 of the bath remodel price (it took me a month and a half to get a contract), then my father in law was debited four days later over $63,000 of which when I contacted JR Bath on behalf of my father in law, JR Bath said their bank account was frozen and they couldn't refund my father in law along in an email said they would pay my father in law back in incremental amounts, I believe these were stall tactics. When I requested from JR Bath the reason their account was frozen, I received no reason or response, crickets. **Rob at JR Bath advised that the salesman was Josh and has since LEFT the company, I tried to call the Nashville office and a lady said that JR Bath was closing down Nashville & according to the BBB, JR Bath has left Tennessee in Mid January. This is after accepting a job with my father in law, without notifying my father in law or communicating with him about starting his bath remodel OR refunding him $69,000+. It took almost two months to get a copy of the contract from this company and my father in law has not been credited back the overcharge of which at this point, my father will pursue getting a full credit for both his over charge and the original check amount since JR BATH has NOT contacted or communicated directly with my father in law about completing the job according to the contract, no job has been started or any effort to refund or assist in my father in law's refund of $63,000+ which is now $70,000+ since no job has been started or completed for the Bath Remodel at my father in law's house. My 91 year old father in law has suffered for almost two months worrying over getting his money back however we are exhausting all avenues to help my father in law get his money back without the help of JR Bath. I unfortunately do not like to give bad reviews yet I do not want anyone else to have even a remotely similar horrific experience as my father in law's. read more

'It's beautiful! I love it!' Those were the exact words that my wife said after seeing the new shower stall after JR Bath finished. What a great company to deal with! And the installer, Brandon was probably the most courteous, respectful, and skilled contractor that you could ask for. He could have used a helper because moving materials up and down stairs to his van caused him to run into two days for the install. Maybe something for JR to consider, maybe for a new person to help, which would aid in training. Brandon handled the whole thing himself though, without complaint or disgruntlement! I'd stack up his skill against any 30-year veteran installer! Removing the old shower stall wall left a 4" x 4" hole in the floor tile. Brandon was able to patch it expertly with some leftover tile and grout, that I had from a floor project from 10 years ago, and it looks excellent! I can't thank him, and JR Bath enough for such a wonderful job! read more

We took our time, interviewed close to a dozen companies and selected JR Bath to replace 2 bathrooms in our home. From our initial consultation to the final installation we were VERY impressed. The installers are all JR Bath employees and not sub-contractors and they ALL speak very highly of the culture of both the company and the ownership. The work was done professionally, perfectly and in a matter of 2 days we had 2 new bathrooms and GOODBYE 1970's blue bathtub!! At both the initial consultation and during the installation(s) I had literally hundreds of questions and each employee took the time to thoroughly answer my inquiries in detail. This company went out of their way to design my bathroom and put exactly what I wanted in. We went from a tub and shower to just a walk in shower and I couldn't be more pleased. Eric installed the shower in 2 days and took the time to clean up completely with no mess and no hassle to us. We stopped by the showroom and looked at the displays and picked the one we liked most and Eric was able to recreate it to perfection in our smaller bathroom. I could not be happier.
