I paid over $8,000 for this company to install my garage doors and openers. Just a few months after installation, one of the openers developed a problem with the sensor. I even purchased and installed a replacement sensor myself, but it didn't fix the issue. That opener also won't connect to Wi-Fi, so it may be defective. For almost a year, I've been reaching out to this company asking them to come and take a look. Despite countless calls and messages, they never came. Every time there was an excuse. No matter how patient or persistent I was, they simply refused to provide service. Very disappointing experience after spending so much money. Clayton came the same day that I called, on time... with a MASK. Thanks for that! My garage door wouldn't open, the diagnosis was a broken spring. Clayton replaced the spring quickly, lubed all components, and ensured the door was working properly before leaving. He also noted that the rubber along the bottom should be replaced. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! Absolutely no follow up after the sale. I ordered a custom door that took months to get installed. Once it was installed I needed an adjustment and I've been completely ghosted by them. Left numerous emails and messages with no response.
