I was quoted a price to replace fuel injectors (Thank God I screen shotted the quote because more money would've been required to continue on). I picked up my car and it ran even worse than before. I took my car to an ASE certified mechanic shop. They figured out the problem in 1..ONE day and repaired it. I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

After the work was completed and my vehicle returned, I discovered a significant coolant leak. The company offered to inspect the vehicle, but I declined due to concerns about the overall quality of the work. These concerns included a crack in the fan shroud, debris left in the engine compartment, and the company's response when I notified them of the leak: I felt as though they were blaming me instead of considering the possibility of an installation error. I then took my truck to a Toyota Dealership; they informed me that the leak was caused by the serpentine belt rubbing up against the upper radiator hose. According to several mechanics I've consulted, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle should have noticed this issue and remedied it before returning the vehicle to me. As a result of this issue, I incurred additional costs for towing and corrective repairs. I reached out to the company to request reimbursement, but they declined, stating their policy regarding "customer-supplied" parts. I presented them with evidence that supports my opinion that this issue was caused by faulty installation, but they continued to deny any responsibility. The following is the last communication I received from one of the company's representatives after I informed them I would be posting my experience on social media platforms: "You were very obviously looking to exploit this situation for free services, your trying to take advantage of a small company and it's pretty sad but that's fine, if trying to take us down makes you feel like a man I wish you the best." Does this sound like a professional company to you?

After paying this amount, I went to drive off in the car, and the A/C was not working! I turned right around-they kept the car for several hours after that and it was finally working-TEMPORARILY. (Do they not ensure they fixed what they were paid to fix?!). As we used the car, we noticed the A/C was only working once in a while, so I made another appointment for Saturday, February 28; they even called me a few days before to "confirm" the appointment. When I arrived that Saturday morning, they told me that the A/C Technician would not be in "today". I had to make yet another appointment for the following Saturday (which was "today"). I took my receipt in with me. The Manager of the store told me that I would have to pay another diagnostic fee if they found it was something they did not address when I brought it in originally. I paid over 1,800 for the A/C to be FIXED; not for it to be RANDOMLY WORKING!! Why would I pay yet another diagnostic fee?! I refuse to buy their B.S., so I left. I called the Corporate office to register the complaint. As I was on hold, the Corp. rep supposedly called the Manager of that store location to discuss the issue. I was told that they would not waive the diagnostic fee if it was "something else". The Rep told me she would escalate it to the Regional Manager and that he would call me, and that she would also send me an email re-capping our discussion. Neither has happened. As I told the Manager, I have been taking two of our cars here for years; back when they were "Gator Action Tires", and they would lose my business for good. I won't ever take my cars back to Mavis. They are incompetent and don't take pride in their work; and apparently don't care about keeping long-term, repeat customers.
