I had received a coupon in the mail and decided to give this franchise of Christian Brothers Automotive a try with an oil change. The coupon was for just under fifty dollars for a full synthetic oil change (I believe it was $49.99). After the extra quart of oil that my car required and taxes and all, it was just over sixty-seven dollars out the door. Not a bad price. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Great customer service is definitely a great thing. They also offer a free shuttle if you live within ten miles of the location. This made it very convenient. It was a great overall experience and I also liked that they had a Kuerig and I enjoyed a nice cup of hot chocolate. Overall, I will give here give stars.

Originally, I had her and her twin brother bringing their cars back to South Florida for me to do routine maintenance. Then while her car was parked at her apartment, squirrels or rats climbed up and chewed the fuel lines coming from the pump at the tank. With the parts I needed on backorder at the dealership and no junk yard local to Orlando having her vehicle model in it, I was stuck. Auto Tender to the rescue. From the first phone call, to them handing us a safe and running car, I was more than pleased with our experience. They even completed the job under the original estimate price. So for the last 3 years; my daughter's, son's, nephew's, and a few of their friend's cars have all gone to Auto Tender for everything from routine maintenance to big fixes. Anyone who has a son or daughter or whatever attending UCF, can rely on Auto Tender to troubleshoot and fix their vehicles in an affordable and timely manner. My daughter's boyfriend currently has his car there to fix what another shop right at the front entrance of campus failed to fix and actually made worse. Please do your homework as a parent and you'll find Auto Tender at the top of your list. They'll go above and beyond to help you out in every way.

Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful.
