I will never use or recommend JR Peaden Septic Services EVER again. Originally put in my septic tank when my house was built in 2018. I have been having issues even after recently having it pumped and was told my drain lines were put in incorrectly. I have not be able to shower or wash clothes at the same time, run my dishwasher, or even take showers back to back without having issues. My toliets bubble anytime i do one of the above, the tubs back up with septic waste and you can smell a god awful sewage smell in my bathrooms along as outside where the septic tank is. There constantly stays puddles out back where the septic tank is as well and causes flies to attract and the smell is just god awful as you can imagine. I tried to contact Jr Peaden Septic Servides on April 10th about coming out and just checking the drain lines to see if there was an issues since they were the ones who originally put them in when my house was built in 2018 ( keep in mind i have several neighbors who live on the same street as me who have had the same identical issues and have confirmed it was from the drain field lines being put in incorrectly from jr peaden. They told me after i contacted them on April 10th they would come out that wednesday the 12th. I waited at home all day to them never showing up so i called them and was told they probably would not make it out due to rain... They asked if they could come out that friday the 14th. I told them fine no worries, but once again they did not show up at all on Friday. I called them that afternoon of the 14th and spoke to Jamie (i believe she may be the owners wife?) Speaking to Jamie she told me that they are backed up on the Dr Horton houses that they were working on (Which happen to be in my SAME SUBDIVISION) and this project was her "bread and butter" and she could not miss out on this project... Feeling as if my money was not good enough or i was not a priority already i told Jamie i understood. She said she could try and have someone out to my house that monday april 17th but was not sure and it may not be until that Wednesday or later in the week.. At this point Jamie knew the septic was backing up in my house and becoming progressively worse and apologized. I told her i understood they had a project if they could just send someone out the week of April 17th to have someone just take a look at my lines since i contacted them over a week ago.. From April 17th to April 24 i still heard nothing back from peden so i called that afternoon of April 24. Spoke to jamie again and she told me she doesn't have any technicians available and hasn't because of them working on the Dr Horton houses in my sub division and asked if i was still having issues. Explained to her again yes, everything was getting worse especially with the sewage backing up inside and how i have a newborn baby about to be due and can't have this kind of stuff happening, who wants to give their baby a bath in a tub or sink when it will unexpectedly start backing up with septic water?? Jamie asked if i had ever had my septic pumped before.. I told her yes in the past 6months i have and i have had 2 separate septic companies tell me it was something with the drain fields.. Jamie again told me the Dr Horton project is "their lively hood, and if they don't do that they don't get paid. " I again told her i needed someone to just come out and LOOK at what was going on. Jamie said she would have someone out at my house April 25th between 8 & 9 Am. This would be the 4th time my wife sat at home waiting for a technician to show up to just *look* at my septic and see what was actually going on.. April 25th 9:30 came still not technician from peaden showed up. I contacted the office again and explained to the receptionist that my wife had missed work yet again to meet them at the house and they did not show. Jamie would not talk to me directly but was in the background telling the receptionist what to say. I was told "the boys didn't show up to work yet she was trying to contact them." I asked why i did not receive a phone call like i didn't before and had spent time missing from work just waiting around? Jamie said they "were on there way from chumukla and on the way to my house." I told them that we would not be home because we needed to get to work but the gate would be unlocked and please call us after they come to just let us know what they found. I even explained to them i get they can't fix this today but would like for them to at least look at it so we can figure out what work needs to be done especially since we are having a newborn and yet again Jr peaden is the one who originally put in my septic and drain field lines. I was told i would get a call. It is now past closing time, and yet again Jr peaden has let us down, blown us off and not shown up to check out our septic tank. I have been contacting this company since April 10th and it is now April 25th.. I guess my septic backing up into my house is not a read more
