I was also away from the property for an entire week during that time. Based on the actual usage, there is serious reason to question whether the tank was properly emptied at all. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of customer service afterward. I called six times today and once the night before, and every call went to an answering service. Not one call has been returned. A reputable company addresses customer concerns, especially when questions arise immediately after service. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Extremely poor communication, questionable service, and zero accountability. Do your research before hiring them.... I would give them a -5

(you know I'm a germaphobe so this brought me joy). My parent's house uses a septic tank and so do my Airbnbs. I have used a popular service in Pensacola for my Airbnbs, but this January I called and made an appointment for my parents house and the popular company never showed up or called. When I called to "reschedule" I got sent to 3 different numbers as the family has 3 different business all doing the same thing. (Apparently the businesses split, yada yada). The last number I called I got VM, I left a message and they never called me back. So I went to handy-dandy Yelp and put in a request for a quote today. Maverick was the only septic service that called me back. One other messaged for me to call them. The other never responded. What was great was Rachel scheduled me for today at 10 AM and Jason arrived promptly! I went outside, met him as my husband had a small conversation with him, and by the time I was done with a morning meeting, my husband paid him and he was gone.
