Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. When I drove from LA to pick them up, I was thrilled to see that they did such a good job on the pair. I'll be sending all my carburetors to them in the future. The price was fair too. I paid $100 for both of them. There's another company who cleans carburetors with an ultrasonic machine and wants $135. The thing is, they can't remove the hard corrosion build-up. The quality is consistently excellent -- clean work, even coverage, no shortcuts, and you can tell they actually know what they're doing. What really sets them apart is how accommodating they are. They've fit me in last minute more than once, and I've been incredibly lucky to have parts turned around in an hour or two when timing lined up and they were already running a batch. I don't expect that for everyone, but the fact that they're willing to work with you when they can says a lot. Pricing is more than fair. Honestly, other shops would've charged two, three, even four times as much for the same small parts -- and the results still wouldn't come close to what I get here. I've done "package deals" elsewhere and the quality wasn't even in the same conversation. Fast, fair, and top-tier workmanship. I hired this Company 5 years ago to re-stucco my house. I know that's a long time after the job to…read morebe posting a review, but things just keep getting worse. First of all, the mess they left after completion of the job was unbelievable. Told Joey about it and he promised to come by and clean it up, but he never did. They cleaned their tools in my vegetable garden and left piles of their stucco, trash and beer bottles all over my yard. I knew I was in trouble when I witnessed the whole job being mixed in a 5 gallon bucket. I should have known then that I was in trouble. The mixture was so weak that the slightest brush against the wall and the stucco falls off. The stucco at the bottom of the walls just falls off into my flowerbeds. I had a section of wall that was so bad before the job that the stucco fell off the wall like powder. It's that way again a good inch of stucco is on the ground. Soon with heavy rains it will leak into the house. If you use this company I hope you have better luck than I did, God only knows what it's going to cost me to repair their mess.
