The quality is consistently excellent -- clean work, even coverage, no shortcuts, and you can tell they actually know what they're doing. What really sets them apart is how accommodating they are. They've fit me in last minute more than once, and I've been incredibly lucky to have parts turned around in an hour or two when timing lined up and they were already running a batch. I don't expect that for everyone, but the fact that they're willing to work with you when they can says a lot. Pricing is more than fair. Honestly, other shops would've charged two, three, even four times as much for the same small parts -- and the results still wouldn't come close to what I get here. I've done "package deals" elsewhere and the quality wasn't even in the same conversation. Fast, fair, and top-tier workmanship. My 25 pieces were…read morebroken, tearing, chipped or all of the above and when they got done with them -- a week ahead of the four weeks they said it would take -- they looked brand new and beautiful. What's more, Colin (the owner's son) is incredibly honest. The first estimate he gave me included about $1,500 for a clear coat he said was needed for the color I chose. I signed the estimate and paid 1/2 for the deposit. Then Colin called me to say that he wouldn't need to do the clear coat after all, so he was taking that money off the second payment and sending me a new invoice. So many businesses wouldn't have bothered doing this once the client signed and agreed, since they could have pocketed the additional money and I would have been none the wiser. Not these guys! Given that experience, and the finished product, I recommend these nice, honest, small-business owners 1,000%. CFR Patio isn't cheap, but it is more than worth it if you have pricey patio furniture, since redoing my 25 pieces of furniture cost about the same as buying 4-5 replacement chairs. Oh, and their delivery guys are incredibly nice and helpful. Helped me move around the furniture more than once to get it all back the way I wanted. Really can't say enough good things about CFR! Mailed them a set of Weber IDF carburetors for one of my client's engine builds. The carbs had a…read morelot of corrosion build-up in the float bowls and in the barrels. When I drove from LA to pick them up, I was thrilled to see that they did such a good job on the pair. I'll be sending all my carburetors to them in the future. The price was fair too. I paid $100 for both of them. There's another company who cleans carburetors with an ultrasonic machine and wants $135. The thing is, they can't remove the hard corrosion build-up. Ultrasonic only cleans dirt. Soda blasting is the best solution as it pulverizes everything but leaves the aluminum intact. Thanks Cal-Blast!
