JRide is now a mobile shop and the work is done by Jay himself. As always, great service and super trustworthy on helping to identify what needs to be done now vs later. The app is super convenient and he showed up on time, great communication and service throughout. Even helped consign an extra bike I had and is helping me find another. read more

I visited multiple shops looking to buy a bike to get back into cycling... Jason was very nice, informative and helpful, but NOT pushy and didn't try to upsell me or sell me something I didn't need. After some consideration and further research online on the model that caught my eye, I went back and bought an awesome Trek Supercaliber bike and some accessories, and I plan to go back and get some more items that I want. I appreciate the depth of knowledge, helpfulness and honesty demonstrated by Jason; not just with me, but also with the other people that came in while I was there. Free parking out front. Jason was patient listening to my old stories and figuring out what was best for me, and also took the time to set my bike up for me. Highly recommended! read more

Great experience with this Bike shop. First time buying a bike since I had a huffy as a kid and wanted to get back on a bike. J at jride was beyond helpful helping me pick the right bike but also the help after buying my bike from this shop was above and beyond. I was grateful he came to my rescue when I got a flat while it was 100 outside and he picked my bike and I up, took me home and then fixed my bike. We had the GREAT experience purchasing a Trek Verve2 from Jason. He was very knowledgeable about the importance of proper fit, very willing to help me find the right bike for my needs, (even if it meant purchasing elsewhere) and never made us feel pressured or ignorant about bikes. I know he stayed after hours to build my bike, switched over my accessories from my old bike and made sure I was comfortable with a new gear system. The store design is fantastic and shows such thought and enthusiasm for owning a small business. Jason was so easy going, provided excellent advice and certainly knows the business. King Air Duct Cleaning

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I could not have made a better choice with either. Both Sonny and his wife Rhonda helped me pick an appropriate color. They did the front and rear seats. In addition, the Mustang has side airbags in the seat backs so just any old upholstery or seat cover won't do. The upholstery has to allow the air bags to expand where they are supposed to in a collision. The Katzkin product has special seams that allow that and Sonny's installer must perform an additional process with the airbags to assure everything works as it should. Sonny wanted two days to do it but I was called first thing the morning of the second day and told it was done. It looks and feels like a new car now. Leather upholstery is not for everyone as it is very expensive. If you decide on cloth instead, Sonny can do that as well. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job or better quality than Sonny. If you need new upholstery, go see Sonny.
