Super nice staff/owner I needed a presta to schrader valve adapter and they just gave me one! They seem to cater to higher end road bikes and bicycle parts. But I'll definitely be back for the inevitable tune ups and repairs on my decidedly low-end bike. Brought my Cervelo Px in as it was having a few finer tuning needs. A lot of bike shops don't seem to have the expertise for these high end machines. That is NOT the case with Moxie. I bought a new Cervelo Caledonia from a friend. When it arrived, it needed to be assembled. I tried 2 other bike shops locally and (because I didn't buy the bike from them) it was going to be 2 weeks before I could be fit in. I called Moxie Mulisport and they said to bring it in. It was assembled in less than 12 hours. When I came back to have the bike fit with Blake, we realized it needed a new stem. More complicated to install then you would imagine. Corbin turned it around in 4 hours. The bike fits perfectly and Moxie has a "new" customer for life. Customer service, knowledge and overall attitude about life is what distinguishes this shop from others. Blake, Corbin and the rest of the team treated me as if I bought the bike from them. We were new to the Phoenix area and were in town for the Ironman 70.3 race. After a long drive my boyfriend noticed his back brake was stuck shut and we didn't know what to do so we called this shop and since they weren't too busy we drove right over. We were a bit worried about this issue thinking the worse... but the bicycle mechanic said this is common due to traveling in the car for 5+ hours. He fixed it in a jiffy and taught us how to fix this if it ever happened again and what to do to prevent it in the first place. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and did the work for free. I was in Arizona for IMAZ and had the opportunity to stop by the store. Even though I had a checklist of things to bring to be race ready, I still managed to forget a lot of things (namely chamois cream). I was able to get a discounted pro tune (they offered a free shuttle from downtown Tempe to the shop in Scottsdale). Even with the influx of athletes in town, Corbin (head mechanic) and a few guest wrenches were able to crank out quality work at a rapid pace. I also attended the pre race kick-off party, apparently I wasn't the only one that got the memo, I think there were close to 200 people there (saw Heather Jackson and Lionel Sanders at one point). Next time I'm in town, I'll stick around the shop a little more and maybe hop on a Wahoo to take Blake's KOM's. Overall, great experience, next level shop that has the highest level of service. read more

One of the best bike shops I have ever visited. Moxie gets it, and provides a ton of services and all are first class. There is an amazing spin room on wahoo trainers with large screens. The store is very well done and decorated. Every bit of apparel is top notch, and a great deal of bikes. Additionally, there is a small room which can be used for multiple things, and a rocking fitting room (bike fit). Don't even need your bike to get a good fitting. Really cool open concept store, and gear is just beyond cool. Moxie carries the best of all brands from Smith Optics, Cervelló, HED, GQ6, AMD the list goes on. Brought two tires to this store to be fixed. Was informed 20.00 for each tire. Upon calling to pick up tires were then quoted 3 x that amount. Was NEVER contacted about price increase and was advised I needed to pay the price for the tires. Tried to negotiate original tires with manager - to no avail. No ownership of error. Found out Mgr "donated" the tires. Advise- set the expectations with the customer and teach your staff customer service. read more
