I was so grateful that they came around with this because it saved me having to spend on this rental elsewhere. I used this company for years, and I am very annoyed of the last service I received. I didn't even…read moreend up receiving the service because they just ghosted me. I was emailing multiple times because plans changed, and so I had to change my order. But I wasn't getting a response for over a week, so I finally called them. I was being really apologetic because I felt bad about changing the order so many times. But the reason they weren't being responsive was because now I wasn't going to meet the minimum order. I didn't know they had a minimum, first of all, and they could have told me when I was emailing them so many times! Also as a long time customer, they could've done this out of a courtesy just one time. Also if they had told me about the minimum right away, I would have paid the minimum amount, even though it was going to be more than $100 over what I was ordering. And I had to call them, which was annoying, and my party was less than a week away. These days, that would be almost impossible to find replacements. I'm just really disappointed in companies that just disregard you when they think you're a small customer. As a business owner, I first of all understand how hard it is to run a business. Second of all, I would never disregard small customers, no matter how small the order. It's just disheartening when I've ONLY used them for any rentals I had just out of loyalty.
