We called E-Z Party Rentals after other companies gave us crazy estimates that were way too high. We should have called them first. It's a small family owned business. The daughter and her mother were helpful and knowledgeable. We rented a canopy, tables, food-warming trays, tablecloths, and a porta-potty. There was a small issue with the porta-potty, and when I called E-Z, they contacted the vendor and got it fixed quickly. I will go to them for future party needs. read more

Their entire staff was great to work with and our point person, Julio, was truly exceptional. He was attentive to our needs, responsive, and took personal responsibility to make sure all of the items were set up to our satisfaction. At first, we didn't have a great idea of our rental needs and way overestimated in our initial quote, but EZ Rentals helped us brainstorm what our actual needs would be (and didn't try to charge us for more than we needed!) and their experience in running events at our venue in the past was invaluable. Julio even met with us at the location months in advance to help us map out everything! He and his team went above and beyond by proactively communicating with our wedding coordinator and caterer to make sure everyone's needs were met and ensured that our reception went seamlessly. Can't give them less stars but I will give them 2 because at least the jumper, tables and chairs were okay but Here's the thing, I asked if he had a Yelp and he said no, hmm wonder why, when setting up a party you have to go by schedule. This individual told my sister that'd they'd arrive between certain hours to drop off and pick up. Neither time were they there on time. Grant it was 30-1hr late on both ends of the spectrum. Our package included ice machine, popcorn stand, chairs, tables and jumper. We did not use the ice machine and popcorn machine because the taco lady was already there. Those small details mattered as it was my nieces first birthday party. We wanted everything to be perfect. But when push comes to shove he rattled me up even at pick up, I asked him for his business licensed he lied and said he couldn't give it to me, he can he just didn't want to. I got denied that right, and two customer satisfaction is not his best trait. Unprofessional, demeaning, and disrespectful. I asked for a partial refund and he continued to argue with me. I'm not asking for much, you don't go to a restaurant and still expect to pay for food you were highly dissatisfied with. My only regret was not recording him and his kids while they were talking under breath whispering things. My house has very thin walls. BBB is the next step. Unless we come to an actual solution without having to waste any more of my time... you're here to run a business, not a debate. Ps i was late to work because of them. Luckily I work with a company that's more understanding that this guy. I may also add that i moved everything to the front so that they didn't waste anymore more of time there. I've never been to work late. And this man just took 3 years of my clean reputation and bonus I get. That's why I was upset too. Update: I contacted BBB and they're not even listed as a business. I was referred to Armando by my best friends mom who uses his services for every party. I had my sons 1st birthday party yesterday, on a Sunday. Armando and his family came right on time at 7am as promised. Put up the tent, 8 tables , 40 chairs, jumper and popcorn machine. Everything was clean and in good condition. They came back at 7pm to pick everything up. Whole experience was smooth and he has great prices. Will definitely use him again for any future parties. read more

I called them last minute THE DAY of my baby shower, got a call back and luckily they were free and able to help me with my last minute need of tables! I was desperate trying to find someone that was available. They deliver them and picked them up a few hours later. This son of a gun told me to meet at his store since he was doing deliveres , as I arrived I gave him a call and he tells me he won't be able to make it and I drove literally 10 miles out of my way just to get some balloons filled . When we went over to the store to talk about our plans for a tent rental, the owner went to the back to bring extra chairs to accommodate my friends that came with me. We knew it wasn't going to take long but he insisted on bring chairs for my friends, which we greatly appreciated.
