Needless to say, they botched the installation, and Tom came to the rescue! The clanking and rattling of the frame was noisy and jarring, and got so loud with the temperature change from a few days ago, that I could no longer stand it. I felt that the weight of the doors were going to eventually come crashing down. Tom measured the frame, and the right side was 1.5" higher than the left side. He also showed me the wheels which were apparently the cheapest that can be installed on garage doors. The hinges were also the lowest possible quality out there. He essentially had to take it apart, and start over replacing the wheels, and the hinges. I recommend Xpert Garage Doors highly. As we live in Grant County (and not Silver City), the tax should have been at a 6.3% rate. As it was, the owner charged us at an old Silver City rate (8.25%). The Silver City rate is now 8.125%.
