I booked JRods for a work trip for my coworker and I, and I honestly don't think giving 5 stars is good enough!! Juan was the nicest, not to mention extremely professional and accommodating! The vehicle he picked us up in was absolutely beautiful, clean, and fit our luggage perfectly. For a service that bills itself as "luxury," the level of tact and professionalism leaves much to be desired, especially at that price point.

The cars are always spotless, the drivers always courteous, the ride always smooth. What more could you ask for?
