My Cadillac Escalade IQ developed a problem with its hood latch that made it unsafe to drive. We were supposed to leave that same day for a 1,400-mile trip home with our entire family and our giant dogs, but the only dealership equipped to service the vehicle told us it would be at least a week before they could even evaluate it. While arranging to have the Escalade towed to the dealership, I explained the situation to Dirk, the owner of Done Right Towing. Because Dirk is also a mechanic, he generously offered to have his driver bring the vehicle to him first so he could determine whether he could fix the problem and prevent us from being stranded. The tow-truck driver was also incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made an already stressful situation so much easier. Dirk did exactly what he promised: he evaluated the vehicle, fixed the problem, and asked for absolutely nothing in return. I texted jason the owner he said he would take care of contacting the quide cody. (Please see text) my wife flew out on the only flight available at 630am( i couldnt get any other flights). I dropped her off and at that time 545 recieved a call from the quide Cody He asked if we were on the way. I told him i communicated with iason and he was supposed to contact him. He stated that he never called him and said it wasn't the first time. I explained why we didnt show up and he completely understood and was sorry for our father. Later that morning I went into the shop and spoke to Jason's son and another guide they said not to worry and we wouldnt get charged. I thanked them and offered cash for Cody's time. He controls it like a video game from outside of the truck and places landscape or driveway rock with the swift control of a. Ninja! The controls move the truck and the conveyor belt placing the rocks exactly where you want them. No more wheel-barrels of rocks after you shoveled loads of rock in it ...this was one of the best recommendations we have gotten in Montana. If you need rock placed in your yard call Montana Cad!
