My boyfriend found the oil drain plug gasket was compromised & had to completely redo my oil change. After spending $150 at Grease Monkey, then another $80 to fix the problem they caused, we called hoping to at least get a refund for the $80 & they refused saying because we drained the oil they weren't reliable & the gasket wouldn't cause an oil leak. Manager stated that it was all hearsay, basically calling us liars. Manager also refused to give the owners information over the phone saying "he lives out of town". Another important item to note is that I had called about 5 other repair shops around Kalispell and Bigfork, and his shop was the only one that had the equipment and skill set to do the job, besides taking it to the dealership.
