It was a week before July 4th, and we wanted to refresh our backyard entertainment space. We went to Jr's Patio to see an outdoor sofa we saw online. After seeing the sofa it didn't quite meet our expectations, so we looked at the other options there and my wife found the ideal sofa. It was a curved modular set. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't too expensive either. She said, it's never a good value unless you get what you want. She talked me into it as they can deliver the next day with the 4th of July approaching. So, we pulled the trigger. I must say we spend more time out on the patio with the new sofa than ever before. It makes gazing at our view more enjoyable. It's like we added another room. David at Jr's Patio is a pleasure to deal with - not like the salesman at other furniture stores that carry clipboards. Highly recommend Jr's Patio.

Ok so I came in here after searching extensively for a patio table... the selection was great and the quality was comparable to Costco or better. The prices were by far the best that we have seen throughout the county. Junior, the owner, was very helpful and fair. He was trying to help us decide and was showing us pictures on his phone and going above and beyond without pressuring us. We ended up buying a great table and chairs for a very fair price. I would recommend this place to anyone as the prices are well below market value.

I want to say that JR's Patio sells the most reliable patio furniture at a reasonable price. I bought this for column over 5 years ago!!!! It's in perfect condition. Highly recommend this place. Also, they have their own brand now and they are designing top of the line patio furniture at a great price. We just ordered a patio set. Thank you David for your help and for great customer service

It all started with a trip to find a small patio set. That small trip has turned into a full blown patio set, a sofa, chairs with ottomans, a beautiful Patio dining table along with fire pits and all. Two full setups at my home and another very nice set at my in laws.

The most professional and friendly service ever! We purchased a beautiful set at a reasonable price. One of the pieces came slightly not to our standard and they came an replaced it immediately. My husband and I have been thinking about getting patio furniture for the summer and I had JRs patio bookmarked in my yelp account. We decided to check out his store with no intention of buying anything. However, after hearing what furniture he had on sale, we couldn't resist the opportunity to purchase what we wanted. Horrible, horrible, horrible! I wanted to like this place so bad but after less than a year all of the cushions are falling apart, zippers broken. We have kept this out door couch covered and even had it in storage over the winter. Not worth the money you save. read more

Was looking for an affordable patio set for our new place. Been looking online and on several furniture/patio stores in San Diego but most of them were either pricey for what it offered or just not what I was looking for,design wise. I was about to pull the trigger on Wayfair but the delivery sched offered was too late for Thanksgiving where I want it for the housewarming I am about to throw with family and friends. Then I accidentally saw David's post on FB Marketplace. Called him and as they say,the rest is history. Great price,professional customer service and delivered on time as promised. Will surely recommend to family and friends. Just got my set tonight so I will still update in the future the quality of the furniture but for now,I'm a happy camper. Getting the patio umbrella as well but has to wait till David's stocks comes in as he sold out quickly due to the promo he did weeks earlier. Other than that,my Thanksgiving preparations is now all set and complete! Yay! read more

Just a fantastic place to get Furniture for the outside. They have a lot of sets to choose from and the prices are fantastic. Colors, styles and the umbrella that lights up at night is a huge plus. Best pricing and quality patio furniture we could find locally. David was attentive to our needs and made great suggestions. No up selling, or pressure to buy and the best part was that he had immediate inventory. Unlike Living Spaces or those online places that would take 2-4 weeks to deliver. My wife and I went down on a Saturday, spent no more than an hour to decide what we liked and paid. We took what I could fit in my truck and had the remaining pieces delivered on Monday. read more

Patio furniture is hard to come by during this COVID period. Everything used on OfferUp is gone within 5 minutes. Im glad I found Jr's Patio. They have okay prices for individual items. Certainly better than Home Depot or any other place. They are operating out of a where house and have a bunch of pieces set up to mix and match what you want. My only issue is that if you add up all the pieces to make a large set, I don't think it's any cheaper than Costco or Home Depot. If they don't then I'd rather go elsewhere. Definitely worth going and seeing the place. read more

This is by far the best shopping experience you can have. No sales pressure - honest and upfront about all his products that he knows by hard. We think we got a really really great deal - we had been looking at getting 2nd hand outdoor furniture but I came across this on craigslist and we got brand new for cheaper than people were selling theirs online for! I needed help fast…read more The local Home Depot was approaching closing time, and my broken Moen shower handle wasn't about to make things easier. It would no longer turn on the water, just rotating without hope, due to the brittle center post shattering and losing grip on the valve stem. No grip. No water. It was that simple. Then along comes Home Depot team member, Chris. He joined me in the plumbing aisle and helped me find a Moen replacement handle from the wall of choices. But the packaging made it impossible to see the inside of the handle, so we decided to audition the two that looked about right. But which to buy? Chris solved that problem with his box cutter, slicing open BOTH of them for me to inspect. And select, I did. Chis was the key. He helped me in a moment when that big-name, online retailer was only a display on a screen. There are some times, my friends, when a human being is essential to finding the right fit just before closing time. Home Depot makes that happen. Every day. When it counts most.

I placed an online order at Home Depot today because I'm still recovering from a work injury and…read morehave trouble walking for long periods. I ordered online one 2x4x8 and six 2x1x8s for convenience. When I arrived for pickup, no one was at the online order desk. A friendly lady called out that someone would be with me shortly. It didn't take too long, but after I showed my order, they told me I'd have to wait another 10-15 minutes because my lumber was still in the back and the person bringing it up was helping another customer. I understood, things get busy. Once they brought everything out, I quickly counted the pieces, and rolled it out to my vehicle. While trying to load the 8-foot boards, I noticed one of the 2x1x8s had a huge chunk missing where a knot had fallen out. My injury was already bothering me, but I grabbed the bad piece and went back inside. The same pleasant lady helped me again. She said someone would get me a replacement. I mentioned that the rest of the wood was sticking out of my truck and wasn't secured, and she reassured me she'd bring the new piece out. After a few more minutes, I met her halfway in the parking lot, got the replacement, loaded it up, and headed home. When I got home and started sorting through everything, I realized the problem was bigger than just the one bad board. Whoever pulled my order had given me some of the dirtiest, most damaged, and least straight 2x1x8s they had. That explained the obvious defective piece. The 2x4x8 wasn't much better, it looked like it had been pulled from the bottom of a stack and was dirty with strap marks and damage. Literally looks like they gave me shit wood on purpose. I was really disappointed. I normally go in and pick out my own lumber so I can choose decent pieces, but I trusted them to handle it for me this one time. I won't be doing any more online lumber orders cuz they clearly don't care what they pull. The only good part of the whole experience was the courteous lady who helped me from start to finish. Now I'm stuck using this trashy wood for my project.

Second, as with all art commissions, you don't see the final product until it is created. Maybe I am easy to please. I call her a week in advance and ask for a bouquet in a certain price range that may emphasize a color or a type of flower and let her design it. Never had a problem. Something more beautiful than what I expected is always delivered on time. Compare her arrangements to what you get at Trader Joe's or Safeway. Finally, Florecita is a family run store by one person. Its exactly the type of business I like to support. Personalized service. Custom arrangements. Not stock bundles of flowers like you see at TJs. She buys the flowers, creates the arrangements and delivers the flowers. When I call or stop by I understand she may be filling an order for someone else. I order a few days in advance for delivery and will schedule a time to drop by if I am in the neighborhood. Honestly, I can understand if she is busy and can't drop everything to get my small order together as a walk in customer. (And she never treats my orders as small orders.) But the negative reviews don't match my experience at all. She has always responded to fix problems. People die from a quarter pounder at mc-burgers. Why not complain about that? I wish we had a Florecita in Portland. I just put in an order for weekly flowers to be delivered for the next two months. I'm a happy repeat customer. Please give her a try.
