Once they told me they sent check and to come get a copy of check for confirmation and what they did was give me a photocopy of a check that they never mailed...like who does that? What reputable business operates that way? I called dmv January 2023 and filed a k35 form and they will soon be investigated for their antics. They should lose their dealers license in my opinion.
