Our favorite place for treating ourselves! My daughter lives in Lubbock, and a visit wouldn't be complete without a raspberry concrete!! Should have stayed a Sheridan's. Unforked.Today. Lack of service. Was in line today(NO DRIVE THRU) because I wanted a frozen custard. Line was 5 deep with only one person working a register. Waited 10 minutes and left and went to Freddys. Couple of weeks ago late night. Wanted a frozen custard and frys. NO DRIVE THRU. I have a baby sleeping in her car seat. I don't really want to wake her to carry her inside for a late night snack. Ordered a Brodway Joe. Took over 10 minutes to get and they did not put the dark chocolate chucks on it. Tasted poorly anyway. Frys were over salted. First visit. Burger and Frys. Good frys. Burger is average and you can get same or better at 5 guys, Freddy's or Steak N Shake. read more

There coffees and hot chocolates are SOOOO much better than starbucks AND cheaper! I do not know if you have left your starbucks drink sitting around for little bit, but it gets this weird plasticy film over it and personally is very unappetizing. It makes me wonder what all is in the drink that would make it do that. Sheridan's does not do that at all and it is so much richer and creamier than starbucks. And they also have amazing custard which is to die for! And for my dog lovers out there, they have little doggie cones you can order! One of the few places I always have to go to when I come back to Lubbock. So fresh and delicious. It reminds me of my childhood. Be my cupcake is my favorite. I also like Courtney's Dirt and Worms. I was the only person in line on 10-13-15 at approximately 9:45 and waited for the four people who were working to stop cleaning long enough to realize I was still waiting at the window. While I waited I watched on of your employees (the one "helping" me) snatch cleaning supplies out of another employees hands and preceded to argue with her in what looked to be a very rude form after which she realized I was still at the window and brought me my custard without cleaning her hands after touching chemicals. As a restaurant employee of over three years it is rude and unnecessary to argue when customers can see you and it is DISGUSTING to use cleaning chemicals and then touch something someone will be eating. I did not eat my custard because I will not risk getting sick and I will not return. I will take my business to a place cleaner and more respectful. read more

I really didn't need to know this place existed! They have so many wonderful treats, but I love the Chocolate Voodoo and the Wedding Cake. The service is friendly. Prices are on target with ice cream places. My only issue is this: the menu is HUGE and you don't really have time to review it. Also, it doesn't seem to have everything on it. I found out about the voodoo via their Facebook page. However, some of the things they mention on their facebook no longer seem to be sold. It's really confusing and I wish they would publish a current menu online where you can actually have time to peruse it instead of making a rushed, limited decision in the drive up line. This is more of a suggestion than a complaint because I really love this place. I'd just like to know where I can find out what all they offer. read more
