In the…read morefirst few weeks we found a bathroom leak (that should have been obvious to an inspector) that led to black mold in our walls. We had mold remediation come out and they said it was obvious this was an old leak and had been going on for some time. So, definitely missed by inspector. We needed a full gut and remodel in BOTH bathrooms. We're getting a lot of rain this week and a previous roof leak that Mr Bray certified was fixed by the previous owners is not in fact fixed and there is a second leak close by. In addition to the roof leaks, my husband found HUNDREDS of small staple holes all throughout this section.
