The staff were very nice and recommended the All-American Toll as one of their favorites- of course I had to try it. My father in law got the Southern roll and I wish we had ordered one of each to try them all. The All-American had ground beef, onions, cheddar cheese, pickle and was topped with tomato and their burger sauce. The Southern Roll had pulled pork and Mac and cheese and had bbq sauce drizzled over top. Both were delicious, crispy outside and flavorful combinations inside with some delicious sauces. From what I saw on their Instagram this is a new food truck, but if this meal is any indication, I can see it being really popular.

My boyfriend loved the Cajun, I like spicy food but it was far too spicy for my liking. The shake presentation was AMAZING! The toppings on the shakes made up for the lack of flavor. The beignet itself was delicious! The shake it's self lacked flavor. McDonald's vanilla has more flavor unfortunately. Same goes for the caramel waffle. The waffle on it was delectable, but the shake itself was average. Both shakes tasted like they were just vanilla with a hint of berry and caramel, maybe haha. None of us could tell. Also no fruity pebbles or trick we're mixed in with the berry beignet like states on their website. I wouldn't care about these minor issue if it weren't for the steep prices. $7 a shake, $10-$12 for a burger with no side, and $4 fries. I don't mind paying that but the item should be held to a high standard.

Their regular menu offers tacos, burritos and nacho boats with a choice of carne asada, chicken poblano or pork al pastor as well as churros. The produce used for topping is cut fresh daily. They also make a number of their own sauces ranging from mild to "whew, I need another beer!" On occasion they offer special items which we'll see more of next year. This includes handmade tamales, black bean soup, tostadas and taquitos. They reply fairly quickly to inquiries from their FB page and post their schedule weekly. Their permanent street spot is at the MIG parking lot. You will also find them at festivals, car shows and the local brewery on weekends. The prices are more than reasonable and the couple is very friendly.

I had not heard of dead dog coffee before, but while I was waiting for my coffee I looked them up. The owners launched their company 8 years ago. It is a family owned company located locally. The coffee they roast is hand selected. They routinely donate to humane societies as their company was launched after adopting their rescued boston terrier, who is deaf. The company is deduced to bring awareness to other animals that have special needs Five percent of your purchase is being donated to a local humane society in your honor. As an animal lover, I think the above is cool. In regards to the coffee, I ordered a salted caramel + toasted marshmallow coffee. Omg!!!! So good!!! You could taste both flavors distinctively. It was a great treat while I started my day, and it felt great know that some amazing dogs, cats, and other animals are getting some much needed help!
