Being from Texas, she has high standards on that. I had the steak and eggs. Both were just wonderful. The gravy on the chicken fried steak was very good. The steak I had was cooked medium rare as requested, if a little delicately seasoned. We got a cinnamon roll to go and didn't have it until about 6pm. After we warmed it up, it was in the top two best cinnamon rolls I've had, and the absolute best I've had outside a bakery. Going again? Oh yeah, ASAP!
