Here we go, So based on the looks of this place you would think that this was a great place to go and get a pedicure. Its located in the shopping mall on Motor Parkway Well no. Absolutely not. I really don't like posting reviews like this but it has to be done. The approach was very inviting . The salon was spotless, very clean. However the person whom did my feet was not good at all. First off her nails were so long she couldn't do the job correctly if she wanted to. I got stuck so many times because not only were the nails too long but they were pointed. I asked her to get the ingrown toenails as she was so called cleaning my feet and she just looked at me like I was weird . She just picked at my feet . I paid 48 dollars I'm expecting great service. Minor scrubbing , no massage just threw some polish on them that's it. Never again. Sorry I had to write this review. read more

I had one of the worst nail salon experiences here. I came in on July 2nd and showed a photo of a specific nail design I wanted. The manager reassured me they could do it, but said it would cost more unless I went with a sparkly polish that would look "just like it." She also said I'd need a new set, broke down the pricing, and booked me for the next day. On July 3rd, during the appointment, the tech soaked off my old set and ended up exposing an injury where the tissue beneath the nail was visible. He panicked and went to get the manager. When I asked if it was even safe to continue, she just said, "It's up to you." I decided to go forward, sat through two hours of shaping and filing, and then at the very end, the manager rushed through the design, which looked nothing like what I showed them. She could clearly tell I wasn't happy and even asked, "What's wrong?" When I said it didn't look like the picture, she just said, "I told you similar." At checkout, they charged me $105. She had the nerve to ask me for a tip even after telling me I don't look happy about my nails which I told her I didn't like them, she said "sorry about that" with a smile on her face. No offer to fix, no care at all. Tip culture is not mandatory, especially when the service doesn't meet expectations. I came back on July 5th (they were closed the 4th), not to complain, but because every time I looked at my hands, I couldn't stand the design. I just wanted it changed to a simple, neutral color. Nothing extra. Instead, she said I'd have to pay another $33 because they "spent too much time on me." As if that was my fault. It was clear their main priority wasn't quality, it was to get me in, get my money, and get me out the door. The whole vibe was money-hungry from the start, and customer satisfaction clearly means nothing to them. As I turned to leave, she waited until my back was turned to say, "Don't come back here" as if I would ever after that whole interaction. This place was rude, and extremely unprofessional. If you care about quality, honesty, and basic respect, go elsewhere. read more

I love the decor and ambience of this salon. Seven is a wonderful manicurist. I've had multiple services here in the past, including builder gel and dip powder, and have found them to be good quality. I do feel the cost of add-on services (certain nail shapes, chrome powder, etc.) is a bit steep compared to other places. Overall, I really enjoy this salon and will continue coming back. read more

I got my nails done here not too long ago. I loved my nails (they were UV gel). I came back to get them removed, and the experience was not as pleasant. She kept burning my fingers, and left grooves in my nails. She also left my nails broken, and did not bother to fix it. I would suggest getting them removed yourself at home, or another nail salon. They do a great job doing nails, but not removing them. read more

Tried and true. Lina is my favorite but others do nice work. I get basis powder gel nails but they are nicely done.

Absolutely love this place, from the service to the aesthetic, it's perfect. I'm very picky with where I go to get my nails done and they always exceed my expectations in every area. read more
