I was getting a set of acrylics off and as she was drilling it off she drilled right through my nail and it was bleeding! She said nothing to me and painted right over it and charged me $20! And her son was sleeping in the pedicure chair and she slapped him on the leg with that foam thing to wake him. And I never got my shoulder massage when I was drying!!!! read more

Terrible my Groupon was purchased for my daughter who was not able to use it and she no longer lives at home she will not be arriving back into town until next week for the holidays. The Groupon I bought expires on Monday so I asked them to extend it in the flat out said no they don't do it. Even the wineries extended my Groupon for two years with no questions asked. Upon arrival I asked about the pricing and was told. Then I asked if they had Groupons going on. I was told no, Groupon. Then I noticed the sign informing us that if we paid cash there is a discount. When she finished my manicure and showed me the amount I asked about the cash discount. 3x I asked she finally said 'Yea this price with discount'.. I said thats the same price you told me when I came in. Rather than argue over a pittance I paid vowing to never return. Candy is a godsend. My first time getting SNS was here; they lasted for a good 2 weeks and looked great! Candy really takes her time with your nails and doesn't rush. She's also very gentle and aware, which is a huge plus. She fixed a bad acrylic job I got at another nail salon. read more

I haven't been to many Nail Salons on Long Island, but this one is by far my fav! I love their nail color choices, they have so many. I wasn't recommended here, but I just googled what was closest and stumbled across this one. The people were extremely nice. The lady I had was Solyna? She was the first ever that never cut me at my cuticle while doing my nails, which is an automatic 5 star for me. Their prices are pretty expensive from what I'm used to. But their service was great. It was in a shopping center right off the bypass. Don't call them and ask for directions though, because they have no idea where they're located. My GPS wasn't taking me to the correct location under their address, and so when I called them you would have thought I was asking them the most difficult question of all. read more

First off you should know how to shape nails, lady cut my nails so short and they don't even look coffin shape like I asked her for. The shape are all messed up all my nails look stupid. Also they don't know how to so sns the right way. Most places in Long Island don't. I was in the area which is why I came never again. Today I saw a Groupon posted for this salon I called and they said they can do a gel mani and regular pedi with price posted and 10 for the callous remover. Total 58 dollars. It was the worst experience ever I had at a salon. Firstly, the technician was not nice or friendly didn't even say hi awful. When she trimmed my toenails she threw my cut nails in the tub. Never saw that before asked her to please change the lining and it was not hygienic she said if I do I will charge 5 dollars more and that it's my nails not hers. At that point I had foil on my nails and did not want to walk out but boy I wanted to! Okay pedicure over back to nails. Also there were bugs and flys around the tub and lotions and the seats did not look too clean. Okay she sits me down to the station with the same gloves she used for my pedicure. I asked her and she said nastily yes one pair of gloves only for mani and pedi and asked please change them she said do you want to pay 5 dollars for me to put a new one on I said it's unhygienic touching my hands with gloves don't with my feet which has bacteria there was another Texh said something in another language and then she got up and changed the glove. So she sits down used the machine that files the old gel off and powder is left on her side so she takes an old nail file and uses they to clean up my residue from the machine from the table and the. Was about to start filing my nails. I then asked her are you going to file my nails with this o e you used to clean the area of my residue from the machine and she said yes. I said please give me a fresh file that is disgusting and she stood up and starting raising her voice to me and said a new file will be two dollars and I said yes I want it I'll pay your are not using that on my nail! I just wanted it to be over already I gave her a 10 tip probably should have not given her and not paid but I did! Do not even think about this place the absolute worst experience ever and I hope I don't get any toe or nail infections!!!! read more

I never give reviews especially not bad ones but I came here for the first time and asked for eye bows and an acrylic set. I wasn't asked what shape I wanted so she automatically did square nails which I didn't want but didn't care much about because I was hoping they'd come out good. However, the nails came out pretty crooked and wide at the end. At some point, my nail technician even got up in the middle of doing my nails and didn't come back until around 10 minutes afterwards. When I finally went to get my eyebrows done the lady didn't even wax between my eyebrows. The whole time I felt uncomfortable and sensed a racist and rude environment. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because my mother got a good manicure by another worker. Overall, I will lever come here again and there are other places that charge less and have better nail technicians. read more

There are a few things about this place that make me want to like it. It was pretty clean, they had a good selection of polishes, and they took me right away even though I came in around 6:35pm. I can not give them more than two stars because my pedicure was rushed and horrible. He didn't even take my old polish completely off my nails. So first - the GPS take you to the wrong location. It's in the Meat Farms plaza. Anyway, I showed up without an appointment on Sunday noon and was attended right away. My first impression was that the place looked very well kept and clean. I love that they use a fresh pack of tools from the autoclave and open it right in front of you. There were over 80 color choices for SNS powder nails which I appreciate. The technician I got was very quick but efficient. She gave an amazing service and ended my pedicure with a relaxing massage as my nails dried at the drying station. This is definitely my new place! read more

Horrible place. Took my daughter there to get a full set and they charged her an extra $10. They said it was for long nails. I've never heard of such a thing and my daughter's nails were a normal length. They also charged an extra $5 to paint a nail a different color. On top of it all the nails were misshapen and thick. The place is very nicely decorated, has a nice selection of polish, but the staff is meh. Three of us waited for more than an hour for one pedicure and two manicures/pedicures. The nail techs would do a pedicure, jump to the next seat to do another pedicure leaving clients waiting for their manicures. This happened multiple time while we were there. We also noticed that a few clients who had appointments were told they'd have to wait 20+ minutes to be seated. Those folks left after a few minutes. The staff is rushed and all three of us had our skin cut into by the cuticle nippers. Painful! We won't be going back. read more
