This place is an average nail salon. My mother comes here and loves this place so I went her on her recommendation. When I called to make the appointment the woman on the phone was pushing for me to get the powered nails but I just wanted a regular manicure, then when I got there for my appointment the powered nails were getting pushed hard again, I totally appreciate the hustle but I felt like it should have been dropped after I said no the first time, I felt like I had to repeatedly say no and explain myself. I wanted a regular manicure with a little design for Christmas but I was told they can't do that for regular manicure only for the powered nails because it comes off too quickly. I was surprised by this because I have gotten it done many times in the past at other places. But it wasn't the biggest deal, I ended up getting a French manicure instead. The woman doing my nails did a good job, there was one "hiccup" when she did the top coat over one of my nails.. I saw her make a face and then wipe the brush but I didn't see anything on my nail so I thought maybe something was just stuck to the brush... then I noticed when my nails were drying that the brush must have gotten the white on it and it caused light white streaks on one of my nails. Honestly if she would have pointed it out and asked if I wanted her to fix it I probably would of said just leave it because it's so faint that I wouldn't want to waste the time but I felt a bit of a way that she saw it happen and didn't say anything. If it was someone more particular about thier nails then they might have wanted it fixed. The price of the nails are good..average of most places you would go. They are clean and everyone working there wears a mask. I got a gift card for my mother for Christmas and they gave me a hand lotion for free with it which was really nice. My mother comes here to get the powered nails done and every other woman in the salon getting a manicure while I was there was also doing the powered nails, so maybe this is something they specialize in and if that is what you want then this might be the place for you. read more

Not the greatest. it's so close to my house I continue to go back. after reading reviews I have had similiar experiences. for starters, they don't have a great selection of polish. some are very old and sticky. On my pedicure they cut my nail too short and I experiences bleeding and pain. no sense going in to it with them as they seem like they don't understand. on another occasion they exfoliated my foot so much it started to bleed. if you make an appointment with someone when you come in, they'll give you someone else if they're busy. And like the other person said they talk about you. I've experienced it many times. I'm almost done with this place. However I do find a lot of these salons are similar. read more

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star because I seeking improvement in the pedicure department. I had to come back and change my review to five stars after my visit yesterday. Customer service was decent minus the nail tech telling me that " this is my job, and I've been doing this for 20 years" when I didn't like how one of my nails were coming out. I came here for acrylic, was convinced to do gel color on top of tips instead - left unhappy. Nails were bumpy and each one was a different thickness. 2 were different lengths. Tech complained that my nails were too long more than once and complained a few times that doing my nails is a long process - this wasn't my first time getting my nails done, however it was my first (and last) time at this location. If I want my nails an inch long off of my finger, that's what I'm paying for - I didn't realize I was having favors done for me. My Pedicure was done by someone else and was great - I'm sure their manicures are great but for longer nails I'd go somewhere else, and did. Check out my other review for the salon that fixed that my nails after this one left me a walking embarrassment. You can see the difference in nail tech experience from the attention given to the actual nail process. Paid $100 for my nails + basic pedi - tipped 30, (15 each) so actual price was 70 - still a hefty price to leave unhappy. Picture is attached of the nails and while they don't appear to be so bad, trust me they were, I didn't realize how bad they really were until I started seeing how good other people's nails looking in comparison to mine. 3 stars is on the generous side, this place is mediocre at best. Stopped in here for a pedicure on a Tuesday and had difficulty finding the colors I wanted. There were two Essie colors I was torn between and they didn't have either one. When I asked someone who worked here about the two colors she didn't really understand what I was asking and just kept passing me random colors. The two colors I wanted were two of Essie's most popular colors, especially for summer so I was super surprised they didn't have them. So right off the bat, they fell short in terms of selection. People in previous posts mentioned loving ambiance but this was an average nail salon, nothing fancy, comfy, or particularly clean about it. There was a dirty used band aid underneath one of the manicure chairs. The pedicure chairs were standard, remote massage option that all salons have. They lined the pedicure tub with plastic, which is also a good indicator of cleanliness however. The actual pedicure itself was on the painful side, the technician was cutting my nails way way way too close to the skin I was nervous with every toenail being clipped. When she finished cutting my nails she put nail polish remover on again and a few of my toes burned pretty badly, I had cuts where she got too close and it wasn't enjoyable. Another reviewer mentioned they got a hunch the workers were talking about customers and I got that impression as well. When it was time to pay I gave my card and asked for change as well. After signing the credit card slip the woman handed me my change and kind of stood next to me for a few moments waiting for her tip. I continued drying my nails, for me I always tip right before exiting the salon. It irritated me a bit but she got the hint and eventually walked away. This was my first time here and being that I'm not a regular, it would have been nice for someone to come check and tell me my toes are dry. I've been to other salons where the owner or the person who did my nails or at least someone will come over and do a check to let me know they are dry and ready to go. That's an extra touch that I think is really nice in a salon but they didn't do that here. Granted my girl was preoccupied with another customer at the time I departed. I tipped and left, my nails looked just fine, I was again, mostly surprised about them not having the colors I came for. The pedicure was $20. They have a special on yelp for a powder gel manicure for $30 and they had some nice colors to choose from. I'd consider coming here to try a powder gel manicure. Went in to get a fill in for acrylic tips. Made an appointment the day before and had no wait when I got in. I had Sky and he was amazing. He paid such great attention to detail to make sure everything came out okay from the shape to the polish at the end. He also explained the prices to me well so I knew what I was paying for. Extremely poor quality. I've been here before and have gotten the spa pedis, but because it's summer, and I go in the pool often my feet can't handle callous remover. The minute I turned down the callus remover and upgrade this time- I was treated like crap! it was the worst mani/pedi ever!!!. I have had express manis at events that have been better. Jenny was extremely rough, uncaring and just very cold towards me. She was filing my skin and rushed through it. I even had to pull my hand away a few times and made ouch sounds and she did not care at all! it's like she was angry at me. She gave me ice cold water to soak my hand, didn't rub lotion on my hands or give hand massage, and didn't use the file to make sure my nail was rough after file. I think she was prejudice against darker skin people TBH HORRIBLE I WONT BE GOING BACK. The nail polishes are watered down but if you like adding extras to your services like massages and fruity scents they will butter you up to spend more. Poor quality for premium price read more

The worst service ever! Post less than 1 star! My 12 year old got a huge cut on her finger and the place has no customer service plus they tried to charge $15.00 extra for my daughters simple design for 2 nails each for a design that is advertised for $45.00 TOTAL w/ beautiful designs on a child through yelp etc! I normally love this place but yesterday I had the worst gel manicure of my life (I know, first world problems). First they couldnt find the color I wanted so I picked another. Tried it, SHE didnt like it, so I switched. The third color made streaks like no other. Instead of switching colors for the fourth time, she added an extra coat, which still looked awful.
